    Charged$2k gave me none of what I asked for. When I wouldnt accept $500 credit toward spending another $2k *** told me he understood why Im getting divorced because I wouldnt accept his terms.

    *** wanted Background/Assets on her X and his past girlfriend. We sent her everything she requested - hundreds of pages of information - 4 reports. We provided a more than fair resolution, as an act of good faith we offered a partial refund, and carefully considered her feedbackeven though it included unwarranted criticisms of our work and reputation. We consider this matter resolved and will no longer be responding to further communication on the issue.

    Detectives.com is a centralized office in one location that subcontracts Investigators in local markets where they advertise. They did this to me by subcontracting a local investigator I had previously contacted but didnt hire. However they were asking me to pay almost 50% more than what the local investor was charging. There is no accountability. I highly recommend to NOT hire Detectives.com
