I went to Todays Dentistry to have infected teeth extracted and a flipper made . I had insurance but due to there being a waiting period I was not covered for anything that needed to be done. I was informed I would have to pay upfront for all services due to this. I understood and payed upfront over 2 visits.The first one being the extractions of two teeth and imprint for flipper the second visit being the fitting of the flipper. I was not allowed to have the work done before I paid. I paid off the balance each visit and got the work done. Once completed (2 extractions and then the flipper fitting ) I went on my way to seek out another dentist to finish the work I needed done due to the fact that I was not comfortable returning to todays dentistry due to three facts 1: the dentist didnt listen to me when I spoke to him 2: he didnt numb me enough and I was in pain during the procedure. 3. The flipper he had made looked cheap not worth $800(the flipper broke within 4 months) Now 6 months later todays dentistry is sending me a bill saying I owe them an additional $350. This Is not possible because they wouldnt have performed any of the services if I hadnt paid them in full before the service was done. I have requested that the office call me they have not returned my phone calls and they keep on sending bills I refuse to pay this bill it is fraudulent I do not owe this dentist any more money.
