She is a really sweet but once the mask is gone you see the real personality. The business was making $20,000 monthly, I helped her reach $80,000 and I did not get any recognition for that. Everything I did the "coaches" that she works for took credit for. She would laugh at a teenager calling her "IT" (LGBTQ) because she didn't know if she was a boy/girl. She would refer out patients based on their race and justify it. One time a patient with mental health issues came to our office and she said that she didn't understand why she was attracting "the crazies". She would neglect patients because they didn't have money or didn't want to use their insurance because she wasn't making any profit. As I began my Christianity religion she told me that I had to buy new white clean shoes, insinuating that I had to be cleansed from my sins, my shoes are always clean. We both have different religions and I never brought that to work. My coworker had crocs with holes, dirt and black socks. My coworker was even surprised by the comment she had made to me knowing her shoes were not the best. When she would have an attitude she was very sassy and rude to all staff members. 1 time there was a broken brochure holder and she threw it on the counter, laughed and told me to replace it and then said" haha i need to stop nit picking. byeeee" and left home. She is a young doctor so she is very immature behind closed doors. There are no benefits to working here besides collecting a check, there are no compensation or health benefits, all the money she collects is for her. Her staff members have not gotten a raise, her way of celebrating is taking the girls to dinner or getting their nails done. She also randomly decides to go on vacation which hurts staff members financially and patients. She wonders why she has a huge turnover on staff but refuses to recognize that she is the problem. There is no hygienist there which makes things difficult. It's not a stable/healthy work environment.
