            1) I am a frequent client of this company for over a year. I have been happy up until the last 2 visits. In July me and my brother went to have ** services done after the services had been provided, We went to the desk to pay for the services and the services had been over charged. When questioned the young ********** and another young lady noticed that another patient had been attached to our **** and tried to fix the situation. After her upset wth the matter we paid, but requested that **** the owner contact me. This contact never happened, but due to my health (cancer status) I made another appointment hoping to see **** as well as get tment as this day I was very weak and needed the servs. Upon arrival Rose wasn't friendly as she normally had been, I tried to speak with her in refer to the issue and she yelled at me at said you will pay for servis provided. I was shocked because I alwy have pd I tld she was very disrespectful and she said **** and dismissed me to talk to clients
