      I have used Geek2Geek briefly back in the summer of 2015. This is the first time I have become a Gold member, which started on 8/9/23. I entered all the information I wanted to post and submitted it, plus I uploaded pictures. Everything was approved, including my pictures. Time passed, and I decided to change my pictures and some information in the worded content on my dating profile and resubmitted everything. When I went to go view my profile to see the new changes, nothing was changed. When I went to make more changes in the worded content, I noticed what I had manually typed in my dating profile was highlighted in pink. I checked the **** and couldnt figure out what the pink meant and what I needed to do to get the pink removed. Days passed and I would go in and make more changes in the worded content in my profile to see if I could get the pink removed. Nothing was changed. I used Geek2Geeks Contact Us to reach out to someone for the first time in October and havent heard back yet on why I cant change anything on my profile. I have looked at the *** many times and have waited days before I go to see if the worded content in my profile and pictures are approved, then I go to make more changes in the worded content in my profile. I have never heard from anyone back. I used their Contact Us for a second time on 11/10/23 and a third time on 11/28/23 to ask again what I need to do differently. The new changes that I made on my profile that are in pink do not help me understand why my changes and pictures have not been approved. As of 12/3/23, I have not heard back from anyone at all. I have been erasing all my information and deleted all my pictures from my profile. When I go to view my profile, the pictures are gone but the worded content that I think I initially entered back in August are still there. I am not getting my moneys worth if Im not able to make updated changes in the worded content on my profile.

      When I was given a free trail they asked for a card. I entered the card then removed it after my account was set up. Unbeknownst to me, they charged my account 3 months later and will not issue a refund. I requested a refund via email and the emails never went through

      I signed up for dating app and paid for 3 months subscription. The next day they deleted my account for no reason. I have been trying to contact them since.

      The site turns auto renew on its own after the customer deactivates it. Given the sheer number of negative reviews citing this specific problem, the only conclusion is that the company does it intentionally. Meaning they are stealing people's money.

      Fraudulent/unauthorized charges to my credit/debit card from Sept 2022 - Dec 2022 in the amount of $42.99/month. Their web site www.geek2geek.com is bogus, their phone number ********** is also bogus. I want a full refund.

      Site charged me for a membership as an auto enroll feature. However, the membership that I originally signed up for was a non-autorenewal membership. After a year and almost no use for the sites very poor user base, they charged me $149.99 out of the blue. When I tried to contact them to correct the charge and refund my money, there is no customer service number to call. There is no contact person to address my issue.
