I tried to resolve this case with both Amazon and **** I have been unsuccessful. I am hoping that you can assist. I did a trial of *** DB2 cloud product to see if the product was reliable. I testing over a weekend. I shut down the vms including the *** db2 cloud instance when finished. I was going to be charged something less than $1 per hour for trying the product. At the end of the month, I received a bill from Amazon Web Serices for $559 for the *** DB2 product. I have tried multiple times to rectify this with ******************* and **** Amazon referred me to *** as it is their charges. I am just getting the run around from *** trying to get this fixed. I disputed the charges on my credit card.

I am filing this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge of $122.77 from *** Cloud, despite my prior cancellation request on June 14, 2024. After multiple attempts to close my account and remove my billing information, *** proceeded to withdraw funds from my account without my consent.I have provided clear proof of the cancellation, including an email confirmation from ***. However, the company claims to have no record of my account closure. To make matters worse, I am currently unable to access the *** portal to check my case status, reset my password, or make any necessary changes to my account. The overall cancellation process appears intentionally convoluted, leaving me stuck in a frustrating loop with an unrecognized account status.I have an open case CS4058625 with ***, and there is a possibility they may correct this issue if I go through their process. However, I am concerned that this may not be an isolated incident and could be part of a broader pattern of subscription scams, extracting funds from customers without their consent. I wanted to document this issue to protect other consumers who might be facing the same situation.I am requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge on August 8, 2024, for Julys billing and a written confirmation that my account has been fully canceled as of the original request date in June 2024. Additionally, I expect to receive confirmation that I can disregard any further invoices related to this account.I will also be taking steps to dispute the charge with my card company.I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter promptly.Thank you for your attention to this issue.*******************

A website, 'Dreamstime,' hosted by *** Cloud blocked my attempt to delete my images and terminate my account, which is my/anyone's right. Instead, in violation of their own T&C's, they blocked my account and thieved/stole my images. As a consequence, I sent *** Cloud a DMCA Takedown Notice for copyright violation which they are bound to act on under Federal Law. They ignored it. I sent them a follow-up, which too they ignored.*** Cloud's misconduct is in blatant violation of Federal Law.
