    Jiobit doesnt sell chargers for its trackers so its impossible to use once the defective charger they mail you stops working. even after cancelling on their app, they still continue charging you and they dont have any contact number.

    Ive been sending my daughter to school using a gps tracker that cant even be tracked and Im disgusted with this company.This tracker fell off my daughter at the mall. O went to exactly where the tracker said it should be. I also went all over the mall upstairs and downstairs. The jiobit never left power save mode so I wasnt able to ring it.Now its stuck on connecting to jiobit in the app.For something that supposedly works on cellular connections and Bluetooth it literally doesnt work at all.

    I recently replaced both my jiobits for the newest generation as advised by customer service due to the old ones no longer working properly. The new ones also fail to notify me of my pets leaving trusted place. I have now left messages for a week straight and have not received a single response from the company.

    I purchased a Jiobit tracker directly from their website on Saturday, August 12. Their website states the all products will be shipped next business day, meaning I should have received shipping confirmation on Monday, August 14. With no confirmation received, I reached out to customer service on Tuesday, August 15 at 8:06 AM PDT. I received a reply at 4:25 PM PDT that my items had not shipped because one item was out of stock. This item was not listed as out of stock on their website. They offered to ship the products separately so I could receive that in stock items now. At 4:58 PDT that same day, I responded asking them to split shipment. I received confirmation of this decision at 1:05 PDT on Wednesday, August 16, meaning the product should have been shipped out next day, August 17. As of August 19 at 10:05 CDT, the item has still not been shipped.

    The Jiobit is marketed as a rugged, reliable top-of-the-line product that is to be worn by children and animals / for daily use. However, when the product stopped charging around the one year ***** I was made to jump through hoops to file a claim with the company (no phone number, email submissions only, very clunky and time consuming). I was asked to take countless photos in all angles of the charging dock for the device + the device. They then told me that I was on my own and had to purchase a new Jiobit because they noted a TOTALLY minor / superficial scratch on the soft, silicone surface of the product. This scratch is SO minor, but they claim it's now a worthless piece of junk. So their suggestion was that I buy a new one. After wasting all of my time with endless questions, emails, redundant suggestions for hard-resets that do nothing and mind-numbing back/forth correspondence. This company doesn't stand by its products whatsoever. Not sure if its their parent company, Tile, that is so spineless or if its Jiobit itself. These products are sold via misinformation through false advertising that it will:a) work for more than a year and b) be a good choice for active wearers/users.c) be worth the high price they charge for product and service. Children are active. Pets are active. Why would they sell a product for active users and then void their coverage for a replacement right when the hardware breaks down and then use the guise of totally minor wear and tear as the way to shrug ALL RESPONSIBILITIES re: logical, decent support /replacement of their product. They've timed it all out, too, as I see the hardware failure happens right as the one year warranty is to be voided based on all the complaints (and including my own). Jiobit's coverage is a scam, this is clear from ALL of the complaints above.

    We use a Jiobit tracking device for my son who is autistic, mostly non-speaking, and has attempted to wander off on his own in the past. So this is a device that our family depends on for our safety. We recently purchased a brand-new Jiobit because our son had lost his at a park. The new Jiobit obviously had a faulty battery. It is supposed to last 72 hours, and it wasn't even making it 24 hours. We contacted Jiobit customer service. This should have been very straight-forward. All they needed to do was replace the Jiobit with a new one with a fully functioning battery. Instead, Jiobit customer service said we needed to perform a number of tasks and take photos of them before they could help us - even though these tasks obviously had nothing to do with the faulty battery. These tasks included performing a hard reset, charging the Jiobit overnight, taking it out for a test-run in Live Mode, and documenting all of these tasks with photos and notating the time of them. These are obviously just obstacles meant to prevent customers from replacing their faulty devices, but we went through the hoops, performed all the tasks, and sent them all of the documentation. After sending them all of the information, instead of agreeing to send us a new Jiobit, the company replied with more tasks, telling us to update the "Trusted Places" on the app. They had already told us to do that on May 19, and we already let them know that the "Trusted Places" are up to date.Keep in mind that we first reached out to customer service on May 16, and it is now June 5. That is three weeks we've gone without a fully functional Jiobit. This is a device we use to keep our family safe - just like a fire alarm or home security system. Leaving a family without one working properly is dangerous and unconscionable. We would like the Jiobit company to replace our old Jiobit with a new one, to refund our bill for the last month, and to stop their dangerous and predatory business practices.

    My jiobit has stopped working all together both of my devices. I have contacted customer service numerous times and they do not help. They say they have a large volume of emails and will get back to me but never do. Theres a warranty on these and I am unable to get any help on ****, they are both broke and less than a year old.

    I have has this tracking system with them for over 3 years now and I have never had any issues getting ahold of someone. My issue is i have been trying to get a hold of someone since 04/28/23 about my autistic sons tracker which just stopped working over night. I learned the number to call them no longer works and you cannot speak to anyone you have to leave and email. I have left over 10 or more emails and they have a robot response basically with no help what so ever. I sent pictures and I have followed up to the emails and nothing is getting done meanwhile I am paying for a service that my son needs. I am in no contract with them any longer and pay month to month and my payment just came out again for this months service on the 15th and I paid it with hopes that someone would help fix my tracking device even if that meant I needed to but another since my son is a flight risk and desperately needs a tracker. Here we are on the 17th and still no response from anyone and 3 emails again have been sent for help. So i cancelled by joitbit with the hopes that someone would call me to ask why but nooooo instead they charged me again and said because I cancelled early which again I am in no contract with these people. I am very disappointed in this experience I am having and will be telling my autism community about how this service is no good and that they don't care seeming they have no number to speak to anyone. What if my son was to have a real emergency and no-one can contact and speak to a live person...such a let down. I now want my money back for service I have not had since 04/28/23 and I want my money back for this months service as well as the money they took for me canceling due to there own errors of not fixing my issues I am having, had they just fixed my problems none of this would be an issue. Very disappointed and very angry since I have left my number as well have given photos and everything they have emailed me asking for.
