    Date of transaction:04/24/2024 04/29/2024 05/01/2024 Amount of money paid to business: $1090.00 What the business committed to provide:35 custom graduation T-Shirts Nature of the dispute:Refund Resolution: I am expecting a full refund from this order due to their negligence. Order number: Never received one. On Sunday April 14th, 2024, I began working with owner *************************** on some family t-shirts for a graduation party I was hosting May 12th,2024. This event was a joint party that also included one of her relatives(niece). We worked together and I was told I had to have my order placed with full payment by April 23nd 2024. On Thursday, May 9, three days before my party, ********* reached out to me for an updated address. I was told that her team had sent the box out with no mailing address so it was returned (dont know how thats possible). They asked me to provided them my address so they can overnight the package to me. I was scared it would not arrive in time so, I offered to have a family member pick them up and fly to my city with them. ********* told me no, she told me the box was already sent, and that she overnighted it so it should be there by the morning. The order was placed, the Day came and I had not received my package. This business did not hold up their end of the deal to make sure I received my items for my event. There was no communication in regard to me not receiving my package; I even had to reach out to them for an apology and update on the order. I think its also important to note that her relative received their shirts, but I did not receive mine. My order did not arrive until a week after it was supposed to. At this point I nolonger had any use for the items and everyone who was expecting a shirt was no longer in town. I reached out to the business numerous of times trying to handle this between the customer and the company. Eventually, I was ghosted and have not heard from them since. I am expecting a FULL REFUND at this point.
