      The company delayed in responding to my claim and when I filled dispute it was too late. Alliant Credit card from Alliant credit union said the allotted time has passed. Alliant Credit Union will not reopen the case. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE A CUSTOMER HERE.

      Really disappointing service. I have been a member for several years. The phone banking system has gone downhill! Its all voice recognition and when it doesn't understand it will transfer to an agent, which is usually a several minute wait! They have no option for the menu from the beginning, to press keys! Now when you call it tries to call opt to online banking. I feel they do not appreciate their customers!

      I have my mortgage and HELOC with them and its so hard to make payments online. They online portal is always down and its very hard to get a knowledgeable representative on the phone.

      The customer service is absolutely awful. I have been waiting for a card for a month. They said they never sent it at first and then it would take 4-7 days. Then when I called, the next person said 7-10. Then when I called after that, the lady copped an attitude telling me it hadn't been enough time and its actually ***** days. This bank is an absolute joke and once I get my card and bills settled, I will not continue using this bank. EVER....

      I paid $350 for a limo service that turned out to be a scam. ALLIANT CREDIT UNION denied my dispute because I needed to communicate with merchant and I authorized the purchase so nothing can be done. How can one communicate with a fraudulent "company" when they are literally just that FRAUD! NOT ONLY THAT BUT YES, I APPROVED SERVICE IN REALITY THINKING IT WAS NOT FRAUD AND MY DAUGHTER WOULD RECIEVE THE **** I PAID FOR! I WORK 2 JOBS AND ALLIANT DOES NOTHING! THEY DONT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO SPEAK WITH FRAUD/ DISPUTES DEPARTMENT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THEY WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU! DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

      I switched to Alliant because the bank I was currently with told me they'd begin charging. Alliant offers a free first set of checks. I use one check a month for a recurring expense that can't be paid any other way. I needed the checks in order to close out my other bank account to avoid monthly charges. Alliant's advertising materials and website make it sound like this is an automatic process that may take a couple of weeks. Not only is it not automatic, when, after waiting a few weeks, I tried to order the advertised and promised free checks from their website, I couldn't find a way to do it without being charged over $35. When I sent a message inquiring about how to do this, I was told I'd have to call. When I called, I was initially told this should have been automatic, then treated like an inconvenience and told that if I wanted expedited checks I'd have to pay a fee that they wouldn't waive (even though I was supposed to have received my check automatically weeks ago). I closed my account instead. I'm glad this was a relatively minor problem; I'd shudder to see their customer service response to something more serious.

      Called the customer service after my card was declined at a store for what was said to be inaccurate pin and then they block my card. Then I call the customer service to get assistance and the customer service representative named ******* was very snippy and did not wanna listen to what I was saying and I assume it was because their customer service line was about to close because she gave me the number to the security customer service line and they told me that everything was already cleared, but that I just have to approve one more transaction that I had made and then they could unblock my card, but then when I tried to explain how the previous representative was being very rude, the security customer service agent said the line for main customer service was just now closing because of the hours. ******* whom I was on a call with around 6:50pm on 02/22/2025 was incredibly unprofessional and should not be working computer service if she cant handle the job. I am a new card holder with this company and am already regretting it.

      I have had the unfortunate experience dealing with this credit union after my father passed away and I inherited his real estate/property. I have been trying to get the lender Alliant Credit Union to release a payoff letter to a title company I have been working with after selling the inherited property and this company will not budge even though I have sent them the beneficiary deed with my name on it, a copy of the will declaring me the owner, a death certificate, and attorney documents also showing me as the sole owner of the inherited property. It is going on day 40 now after daily calls to Alliant giving them a heads up that closing is on January 31 on the property. They have continually dragged their feet putting me off telling me I would get a callback from them (which has yet to happen), told me (depending on who I talked to) it would take 3-5 days to review documents, or longer or as long as 30 days to review documents. The title company, myself, and the attorney's office have all tried to contact Alliant to get them to process the document in order to close and pay off the remaining balance on the lien. It has been continual incompetence on Alliant's customer service, their special loans department and their analyst who do not know what a beneficiary deed even is. Continual laziness, lackadaisical attitudes, pushback, incompetence, ignorance, ill informed and inconvenient people when dealing with Alliant. The time I have wasted on the phone and through emails (never received a response via email from them) it should not take 30+ days of trying to get a payoff release to satisfy a loan which is helping them out as it is being paid off early. Yet here we are still waiting and closing is now in threats of violation of contract due to a selfish, arrogant bully financial institution. Makes absolutely no sense to me nor anyone else. Please do not seek financial help or anything else from this lender.

      I have been an Alliant customer since 2014 and have been continuously pleased by the company. The online portal is user friendly, including bill pay and wiring instructions. The phone customer service has been quick to pick up, friendly, and well informed or quick to route me to a supervisor. The fraud **** has contacted me immediately twice and cancelled my card right away. The wiring **** has contacted me to confirm wires and to read a paragraph warning me from wiring money to anyone suspicious. I previously had poor experiences with both **************** and ** ******. I am very pleased with Alliant.

      Alliant is the hardest company to deal with that I have ever had a bill within my life!I requested a **** payment last month because our business has been so slow! I was told no because payment was due. I was told IF I requested within 5 business days prior to the payment I would get help. Today 1/27 at 11 am I requested a **** ******** Again!My payment is not due for 5 business days I was WITHIN YOUR RULE!I was told NO AGAIN because it was NOT within five business days!Its not due until Feb 1st and that IS within 5 business days! Mon Morning, Tues, Wed, *********** = 5 DAYS! Its due Saturday! You are lucky this note is EVEN getting paid! This is my mothers note, and she has become bedridden June 2024. Yet in 1.8 months all but one payment has been paid early! She is not able to work anymore, and I am running her business for her to the best of my ability. There is a great chance that my mother will never work another day in her life because of her illness yet you all keep messing with the ONLY person (me) who cares this is being paid! Your company created a BIG issue with the Power of Attorney I supplied you. We paid 6K dollars a few years ago to have professional legal estate planning done for us and your company would NOT just accept a legal document that is filed with the *************** You forced me to go get one-page Alliant Power of Attorney who I had to pay a notary to come to the house. IF made a payment on the due date at noon. Yet your system would NOT allow me to PUT IN THE DATE I ACTUALLY PAID IT ON! IF your company choses to take 4 to 5 days to process THAT IS ON. Now I get if I made a payment on Friday at 4 pm that it wouldn't get posted until Monday BUT this is not what happened! I went round & round because this RV has been parked from the day it was delivered, that has been nothing but drama. You make a payment and 2/3 DAYS later you call me to make a payment! REALLY... how hard is it to LOOK AT YOUR OWN RECORDS BEFORE you call someone.
