      On June 11, 2025, I filed a **** complaint against TransUnion about 8 false 90-day late payments with the same account number for my student loans (Aidvantage). These lates are being reported despite the fact that I was in forbearance and had no prior 30- or 60-day lates, making them factually and legally inaccurate.TransUnion is legally obligated to complete their investigation and provide results within 30 days, or 45 days at the maximum, only if I had submitted new documentation, which I did not do.Their interim reply stated theyd respond within 60 days, but that is not allowed by law. It is now over 37 days with no resolution. This is not only frustrating but a violation of consumer rights and TransUnion should be held accountable!I am attaching the **** complaint from June 11th as well as my forbearance history downloaded from Aidvantage which will show no lapse!I'm asking the following:Remove the 8 inaccurate 90-day lates from all student loan tradelines related to Aidvantage.Update status to Paid as Agreed or Forbearance.Provide full written results of the reinvestigation immediately.Ensure future disputes are handled in compliance with the ****'s 30-day requirement.
