    Bought a coffee maker. It worked for a couple of dozen cups and then stopped working. I emailed with customer support, they had me jump through some dumb hoops to prove it did not work. I did, sent pics, video etc. Six weeks later, no promised replacement. Lot of complaints on their products and about customer support. Clearly a scammy company. Stay away.

    I bought an Instant Pot Duo Crisp with Ultimate Lid in February 2024. After using it a couple months the lid locked and wouldn't open. I called and they replaced it. After a couple months the new one did the same thing. I didn't want to deal with them again and bought a new one in July. I used the pressure cooker and the steam kept escaping through the vent. Like a fool I bought another one in August thinking I would deal with the Instant Pot people later. With this one the lid locked again and will not open. The message says it's okay to open the lid and when I try it says DO NOT OPEN THE **** I am so very disgusted with Instant Pot and their company. My advice to anyone even THINKING about buying from them should think twice. I'm just sorry I didn't take my own advice.
