    For the business I manage, I ordered two Cooktek induction systems. I placed the order in May 2022. I received the induction systems more than 8 months after.I finally opened the business in July 2023 and during the team training, we realized that one of the cooktek that we had just taken out of the box wasn't working.I immediately called their service because the induction system was still under warranty.I was told to email: ****************************** which I did right away.They were supposed to send me a replacement and instructed me to keep this one in its original packaging and to send it back only upon reception of the new one. I filled out the form and received a confirmation email.I have emailed them back twice now to receive an ETA and I am not receiving any answers. The induction system costs $1300.
