    Ok so basically I got a loan from them and they added another loan on top of the loan I had got without signing any paperwork. I fell behind 2 months now and this company has done nothing but harass me and my employer I work for. They call me everyday and threaten me and now they are calling my employer making threats. They do not have any rights to contact my employer and have asked them to stop but they continue to do so. Its against my rights to do this and I am currently talking with a lawyer to *** for harassment and threats. This place needs to be shut done after doing research they are rated F from u guys. I want my employer to stop being contacted they call 2 times a day and my employer is getting upset.

    In regards to the above mentioned complaint, ************** indeed requested a loan for $500 on top of a small balance that he already had with CFS *******.  This loan was originated in February of 2023, loan # *****.  ************** physically came in, signed all of the loan documents and cashed the $500 check that was issued to him directly.  Please see the attached loan copies.  In total ************** has made 5 payments, via our ************** bill pay system.  He currently stands 3 months behind, for a total of $499.40 with late fee's.  After ************** was 30 days past due, we sent the ******** Voluntary Wage Assignment to his employer and they stated they would speak to him regarding the issue, in hopes they would not have to garnish their own employee.  ************** became upset, belligerent and extremely disrespectful to his collector, Cintia, via text.  He has been claiming for over a month now that he has an attorney, we have encouraged him to have the attorney reach out to our office or even via email, we have yet to receive any formal notification.  Yesterday, 11/02, his employer emailed over a copy of the revocation of wages request, that ************** claims to have sent us via certified mail, as required by law, to which he did not.  We have advised him employer to please honor the garnishment, or we will then seek legal recourse against him, which will ultimately be more expensive for ***************  We are attempting to resolve this issue outside of the courts, but it is futile.  We encourage ************** to make good on  his account, we are not harassing him, we are doing our job to collect a debt.  We only ask that his demeanor remain professional and courteous, as is required of us.  ************** has made this into a personal matter for himself, we will continue to enforce his contract.  If additional information is needed, please advise.

    I am not sure how they found out I was with my current boyfriend but they are harassing him, my family and myself on multiple occasions. Endless phone calls, threats about them going to ruin my credit and everything else in their power they can do. They are constantly checking my credit and they already wrote it off as bad debt.

    This company preys on customers with low income and low credit scores to lend them money and then charges extremely high interes rates, I had financed co-signed for a car loan for a friend in 2012 and they repossessed the vehicle, sold it to someone else and to this date the debt keeps increasing every month and it keeps being updated every month on my credit report as a bad debt. *** spoken to the manager trying to get this resolved and she refuses to settled the account unless its paid in full which went from $7,000 to over $17,000 as of this date.

    In regards to the above referenced complaint *************************** and her partner *************************** purchased a vehicle for 14k after financing.  They made minimal and late payments and then decided to move to ***** with the vehicle and ceased to pay for it any longer.  The vehicle was sold at Manheim Auto Auction in 2017.  This vehicle had to be recovered and all fee's were assessed.  ********************* has called CFS many times and we have offered her a settlement option on more than one occasion, each to no avail, she never complies.  We are happy to settle with ********************* and in turn provide a settlement letter that she can provide to *********** to rectify her negative reporting.  However, she must pay the settlement amount first.  Outside of that there is not much more we can offer her.  We continue to be open to future negotiations.

    Hello well basically my fianc and I had a car loan with this company and the car was totaled out. And is ready to be paid for so for a week straight the gentleman from progressive and I had been calling the company. Each day the company will tell ** they working on the paperwork and it would be out by the en of the day the company was stalling so that me and my fianc would have to pay a additional car note. After the fact ***** who works for the company as well work on the paperwork. Lied each day that we called. Second when I called her and spoke with her she also was rude and very unprofessional handling the matter. ***** exactly hung up in my face on 05/11 at 9:03am on 5/10 I spoke with her and she had told me it was going out 5/9 spoke with ***** and she insured me that it would be out and email over to the rep at progressive. After speaking with the gentleman over at progressive nothing was received. The company is stalling to receive ab additional payment from **. With the car note because if its not paid off yet we still liable for the car note.

    In regards to the above mentioned complaint, there is no truthfulness to this statement.  The individual that is filing the complaint is NOT a client with our financial institution.  This individual was rude, disrespectful and verbally threatening the staff.  We disengaged the conversation due to the combativeness of ******.  All of the insurance information has been clarified and satisfied at this time.  We have no further comment outside of asking ****** to refrain from filing false reports and accusations and to learn to use better language when communicating.

    I went in to purchase a vehicle , and this loan company approved and paid for the vehicle when i never received the car. i never took it off the lot. i don't understand how they approved this loan when i never received the car. i have tried to contact them and fix this problem and they continue to be rude and tell me that i have to pay for something i do not have . there was a lot of fraud committed with this purchase. i call them everyday requsting to speak to someone who can help me get this rectified and to no prevail i get no where but that they need payment now and will *** me. and they will file harrasement charges against me if i don't stop calling and just make payment i need help in getting this resolved this is also hurting my credit .

    I bought a vehicle that had a 6 month ************** train warranty. I drove the car for under 45 days. The engine locked up. I reached out to the **************** company. Both of them are telling me i have a warranty on the vehicle. Neither of them are willing to help honor that warranty. Im at a loss right now. I came to ******* to help with hurricane *** clean up & now im stranded here with no help from either parties. I should not have to pay for a vehicle that i can not drive. I should not see this reflecting on my credit report because they will not help. I purchased from this place because they offered a warranty. Both parties are RUDE. Both parties are very very very ignorant.

    In regards to the above mentioned complaint. the remedy that the client is seeking is with the dealership for repairs, not with Consumer Financial Services.  CFS does NOT offer warranties of any sort on the vehicle, that is specific to the dealership and if the client purchased any extended warranty.  Furthermore, ************ has yet to complete a payment at this time since the vehicle was purchased/financed.  His first payment was due September 30th, 2022 and as of Monday, October 31st, 2022, he will be in default by two months.  We have attempted all forms of mediation with ************** but he continues to argue regarding the mechanical issues of the vehicle, which we have no control over, which is stated in our contract, that he signed.  Also, ************** DID NOT purchase an extended warranty nor were there any repairs promised at the time he signed his buyers order/purchase agreement.  ************** also has driven the vehicle for more than 500 miles, which is the standard implied warranty per ************** statute.  We continue to attempt to resolve this matter with ************** regarding his financial obligation of his debt.  If additional information is needed, please advise.

    This financial institution is ******* unprofessional, they have not tried to contact me personally for problems with my account, instead they want to contact my reference, to tell them about my loan and my debt. When they told them that was against the law and they couldnt do that , now all of a sudden they have my number to reach out to me.
