    I was permanently suspended from ********* after 15 years of service for no reason. When I sent an appeal, I was informed that I was suspended for cheating and modification of ********* services which I never did, and I had spent 10's of thousands of dollars on Xbox, including the fact my Xbox Game Pass had renewed just a few days prior. This is a big distress as this is my childhood ********* account which my friends list is private so I cant even see who I have added, I cant access any of my content. All of my content within the games I lost access too are also gone. It has been a devastating loss as the Xbox has always been a very effective coping mechanism and now I have lost access to it and they are telling me I did something they never did. They did not even take the time to read my appeal, they responded with a denial within 2 days. I cant even talk to these people on the phone or online chat further then a case review. I would like to have a further conversation with an actual person because everywhere I read online shows that an AI is not capable of handing out permanent bans, or an AI doesn't oversee a case review but upon reading online many people were suspended the same day and they claim they did nothing wrong. The email I received about my case review seemed like a generated response, I just want to be able to speak to an actual person that can fix this problem. It has been extremely hard on me mentally.

    I received a message that the backup of some of my computer files could not be completed because I needed to verify my Microsoft account credentials. I have been trying to verify them ALL morning (2/19/25). When I enter my email address, I receive a message stating that a code will be sent to that email address so that I can continue. NO EMAIL WITH A CODE EVER COMES to either my Inbox or Spam!!! So, I went looking online for support...WHAT A JOKE!! I jumped through every hope possible trying to resolve the issue. I then asked for a live agent chat or phone number to call for support. NO LIVE AGENT CHAT SUPPORT TO BE FOUND!! And when I did finally come up with a phone number to call for help...it keeps hanging up on me!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED & UPSET with Microsoft support. They have no problem taking your $$$ and putting you on a reoccurring ********************** but THEY ARE NOT THERE IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS that need a REAL person to help you solve. This just shows how HUGE CORPORATIONS really do not care about providing customer service!!!

    I ne** help with my *********** account but when the *** remote-** into my computer, he start** deleting the rules I set with a prior ***. ** wouldn't stop when I told him to so I disconnect**. I then got 2 emails from support saying I was unresponsive & clos** my case even though I still ne** help. I wrote him back several ********** will not respond & I think they shut me out from contacting support again because the normal channels I go through are NOT working!

    I purchased Diablo IV expansion pack. Unable to purchase some of the cosmetics. Researched the problem online. This is an ongoing problem for over three months now. Microsoft blames blizzard, blizzard blames Microsoft. The only people able to fix it had to refund it and get another edition of the same product. On 1/3/2025 I requested a refund explicitly using the explanation that the product doesnt work right. Their system auto-rejected the request because it had been played. I called support, explained the problem, and that my intent was simply to return the version of Diablo IV that doesnt fully work and buy the edition in its place that does fully work. She said she issued a request to fix the refund as and that I should wait 3 days for a response. I ended the call and as I said I would, purchased the ultimate edition, which fully works. 3 days pass and no response. I contact support again, they walk me through asking for a refund again. I fill it out, explain it is a malfunctioning product, it says wait 3 days. 2 days later I get an email saying its too late and past the refund time, and ignore my reply. I file for a third time now, explaining thats not valid as I requested the refund before that allotted time passed, that the product is faulty, and request to speak to them directly, having provided my phone number. Just earlier today I receive another email stating they cannot process the refund because its a used product. Im not returning this item as buyers remorse. It doesnt work! Im convinced these people cannot understand English, or they would understand the issue. Im overdue this refund. The amount of aggravation and stress with this running around the back of my mind the last two weeks has made me absolutely livid.

    Our company has been locked out of our admin panel for the past three weeks now and the most we've gotten from Microsoft support has been email messages to an all but disabled user account. When attempting to call their support line their automated teller just directs the caller to access the admin portal for support before hanging up. If you are able to get in contact with a live person, they transfer you to a department that never answers. I know this as over the past three weeks I've spent over 21 hours listening to hold music without ever actually connecting with anyone. My phone has literally died while sitting on hold for over seven hours. I've been given assurances that I would be contacted daily and have been contacted all of three times in three weeks. As a business we are looking at legal options as without access to our admin panel, we effectively have no way to manage our tenant. We cannot manage users, domain issues, or even access billing. At this point, they are stealing money from us as we a paying for a service that we cannot even control or manage. This is shameful and can't possibly be within reason of their business service agreement as we've now been suffering for over three weeks without service.

    I started using Microsoft Business "Microsoft 365 Business Basic", where I was supposed to get Free one Month and then I was supposed to get charge only $6 a month, I spoke to representative last month, but still did not fix it. Now, I want them to fix my previouse three months bills and refund me 25.6--12= 13.64*3 = $40.92 back to me.

    I want to access my account so I can review membership and most likely cancel as my pc does not have a current office/window version, so subscription is useless.Microsoft has made it impossible to log into my account, the only option I have to receive a security code is to text a landline phone. I did NOT set up my account this way. Maybe they changed the ability to call with a code and now I cannot access account. ******************** also makes it impossible to get any help without logging in.I need this fixed ASAP!
