December 31, 2022 Amount $45.17 ******** Refund policy is 90 days have requested a refund January 30th and received an email that my request was forwarded to the company. Dear Partner,
First of all, we deeply apologize for the delay from our side. We are trying to reach him from last few days and yesterday our team tried calling him for 9 times but no there is no response from his side. This is to inform you that we have already refunded this customer and the full amount was transferred back to this customer's PayPal account, attached is the screenshot of the payment confirmation.
The reason for this delay in refunding is due to the customer end because this customer also claims or applied for the chargeback with the PayPal and our system technically does not allow us to refund any customer if he/she already applied for the chargeback with his bank because it can cause confusion and double transfer to the customer account.
Now the customer already got a refund. This is the best we can do at the moment, We insist that kindly do not publish this complaint on the profile because this complete statement is not the truth at all. and we have logs that we tried multiple times to reach this customer but every time we are getting a voicemail and no cooperation at all from this customer's end. i order a product from Subsolft the product was called Win Thruster. i have been complaining to them and they are hanging up on me, making fun of me. and i am disabled also. all i want is what i paid for or my $ back. They strung me along till the 90 day ****. which was yesterday. I even tried to use my money back garuntee before the 90 days were up Because i tried to get pay pal involved because i bought it using that method. and they told paypal a total lie. what do i do from here? they are not affriad of you guys because i told them that they leave me no other option. and agian i was laughed at. Saying and i quote " We are so affiard of your BBB. laughing on the phone at me!!! i dont know what to do. PLZ HELP ME i will get my receipt ready **Business response

First of all, we deeply apologize for the delay in response from our side. We were actually trying to resolve this matter directly with the customer in good faith but I think it's time to get in touch with your team on this case. This is to inform you that we have already refunded this customer and the full amount was transferred back to this customer's PayPal account attached is the screenshot of the payment confirmation.
The reason for this delay in refunding is due to the customer end because this customer also claims for the chargeback with the PayPal and our system technically does not allow us to refund any customer if he/she already applied for the chargeback with his bank because it can cause an error in the record. We have informed this customer to cancel the chargeback first so our system can cancel and refund your services. Attached is also conversation proof.
I would also like to mention over here that we have first provided the solution to this customer and provided him a new working key even when the old key was also correct, but then we realized that all he needs is a refund. We have a company policy that we do not refund after 90 days but we provided a favor to this customer and refund his full amount back even after 90 days and even after knowing that we can easily win the chargeback case as well. Attached is also proof of the conversation about providing new keys etc. but seems like this customer just wants to let us down in front of the community.
Our company also investigated and listened to the recording of that call to which **************** referring and he was saying that we said that BBB is nothing to us etc. etc. over the phone but all he is doing is lying to get a refund because how we can even say anything about BBB because we resolved multiple cases with you in past. Let's come to a resolution now. The customer already got a refund and used an old key and a new key as well, free of cost. This is the best we can do at the moment, We insist that kindly do not publish this complaint on the profile because this complete statement is not true at all. I also attached the proof of logs that we tried multiple times to reach this customer but every time we are getting a voicemail and no cooperation at all from this customer's end. I am rejecting this response because:
This man called me a liar. That is the only reason i am rejecting this offer. That man called me and harassed my phone at least 50 times. Left numerous msgs. on my phone also countless texts. I did speak to him on 2 occasions. Which he presided to beg me to take the complaint of his website. I would like for him to produce the chat transcripts where his one of his employees was acting obnoxious and telling me I am not getting my money back. After playing a game with me for an hours waiting on hold. The man that I spoke to stated to me that he read the chat transcripts and he APPOLGIZES for his employees behavior and that they had been reprimanded for such behavior. So the nerve of this man now lying to you gives you some kind of idea of this company's practices. He is acting like this company does no wrong. Well i looked this company up and i am not the first person to complain of such behavior. I think they need to be taught some kind of a lesson. I am also disabled which in itself should be brought to light that its not ok to make fun of and harass disabled people.
