    I ordered scrub from this company back in September of 2022 and I have not received my order from them. I requested a refund in April 2023 and May ********************************************************************************************** May 2022.

    9/28/21 I placed an order for scrub pants and scrub top totaling $106.00 from shop.dopescrubs.com - order #****. 1/28/22 they emailed me to say that there was a manufacturing delay and they didnt have an ETA. I reached out 2/2/22 to cancel my order because I didnt want to wait anymore and they denied my request. I have tried contacting them several more times since then and have not received any answers.

    Hello I placed order November 26, 2021. My order #**** = $60.26. Based on their Instagram posts and emails they said delay in their receiving products. Thus I understood and patiently waited for update. I called multiple times after not receiving update. I left voice messages that were not returned. Also emailed and direct messaged on their Instagram. One of the reasons it is over 12 months for my complaint is my full schedule as health care provider. Also my disappointment in the company and not wanting to make a complaint. After seeing multiple situations like mine and there posting pop up shops near end of 2022, I felt it was necessary to submit complaint. At this point I would like return of my money and apology. Attached are my order invoice and calls I've made to their listed number. Thank you.

    Hello, I ordered scrubs on 12/8/2021, there were 4 items total and it cost $197.53. My order number is ****. I received an email saying the scrubs were on backorder and was given the option to wait, I selected that option. 1/20/22 I asked for an order update and didn't get a response. 1/27/22 I sent another email, got a response saying they are backordered.backorder. reached out on 3/10, they responded on 3/12 and apology was offered and I was told I would get a complimentary item while waiting- I never received that. On 5/6 I reached out and the email account was changed and undeliverable. Reached out on 7/16 and was told on 7/17 that they would refund the amount I paid to my PayPal account; they did not do this. On 7/18 I was told it should go to my PayPal by the end of the week, it did not. I emailed 8/7 and 9/27 and no one responded to my email. I reached out again on 11/27 and 12/12 and did not get a response. I also reached out to the payment company I used, AfterPay, on June 16, 2022, and was told they couldn't do much but reach out to the company. I think this is why I got a response in July 2022. I was trying to be patient but I am very frustrated with the lack of communication, the empty promises and the failure to refund the money and or send the items. Please help me get my refund back.

    Ive ordered from this company once before no issue. I decided to order again on September ************* been a nightmare since. Never received a tracking number for the item let alone the item itself. ***** later I finally get in touch on Oct 17 with someone and she herself said she personally updated the order and I should get a tracking number. Now its Nov 14 and still NOTHING. Ive called both numbers listed on the side, emailed the company, admin, and managers email 6 times, and DMd the company page in regards to my order no response. This is EXTREMELY frustrating, distasteful, and infuriating. Have no choice but to dispute it with my bank now because they charged my card yet its been a month and a half and I have no product

    I purchased $155 worth of merchandise from this company and they never sent it to me. I never received my items nor have I received a refund or response to the numerous emails or voicemails Ive left.

    I ordered scrubs from this company January of 2022, I spent 60$ on scrubs from them. They never shipped my scrubs and said they were having inventory issues. I repeatedly reached out asking for a refund and they refused to give me a refund and kept insisting they would send me my products. Its been almost a year and I still received nothing, and they even blocked my email so I cant reach out to them anymore. I also noticed many others who were scammed by this company on their instagram comment section. I just want my money back and I want this company to stop scamming us healthcare workers. I want my money back in the FORM I PAID so I can ensure they dont continue to scam me further.

    Ordered from them on Black Friday of 2021. Never received my items despite reaching out multiple times. I was told that they were working on it with no timeline. I asked for a refund and got no response. The contact information on their website doesnt work, so much so that if you click the link to email their support team, it will open an email to SquareSpaces help desk. They have ignored multiple attempts to rectify the situation and according to their Instagram MANY people have been scammed out of a lot of money.

    I purchased scrubs from Dope Scrubs in September 2022 and was told the items were on back order t.o be delivered in December 2021. I unsuccessfully attempted to contact Dope Scrubs several times to follow up on the status of my order. When I was able to successfully contact them in 2022 they advised that their phone numbers on their website were incorrect. I attempted to work with them to try to resolve this issue. They would tell me that they would look into the problem to see if they could replace the items, but would never call back. I finally requested a refund in August 2022. They told me that it would need to be refunded via PayPal versus my credit card due to the time lapse. I never received the refund. I followed up on September 21, 2022 to ask about the status of the refund. I was told that it was an issue with PayPal and that someone would investigate and call me back. It never happened. At this time, I would like to make a complaint of fraud. I was charge $171.69 in 2021 and promised a product that I never . My credit card company advised that Dope Scrubs is aware of the timeframe to dispute a charge and probably intentionally put me off. My recent email attempts have come back undeliverable.

    On October 28th 2021, my company did a bulk order of over 40 pairs of scrubs. We received some initial updates in November regarding shipping delays and orders would arrive in December. In January 2022 after receiving no order we began messaging. Over the last few months we have called, emailed and spoke to the owner once who relayed the message that the shipment was stolen so was filing the loss under their insurance. As a temporary solution while she waited for the money to refund us it was promised t-shirts which were eventually shipped weeks later after my staff continued to reach out. I appreciated that gesture but still out of over 4k of products we received maybe ***** t shirts and I am having to give staff scrub stipends as temporary resolution. As a small business owner I know things happen but, it has been the lack of consistent communication and the financial toll this has caused me the consumer. I do not have infinite funds. I truly have been patient and prior to this a huge advocate for the success and growth of this business.
