      Was making a check order, accidentally sent through 2 orders this was on 6/25/2025. I immediately called promise checks and was told the 2nd order was canceled and a refund check in the amount of $18.54 was being issued. Order #********. As of 7/18/2025 I still dont have my refund! And when I called clerk just said what I already told her and said refund was sent out 6/25/2025. I have not received it!!!!

We contacted Ms. ****** to let her know the refund was on its way and had been delayed due to the holiday. We confirmed after speaking with her it was received on 7/21. We appreciate her patience and look forward to an opportunity to serve her checking needs in the future.

      I cannot get through to any live human being to help me with my problem so I cannot reorder my checks. There is no number available other than the number shown online. The robot will not put me through to customer service with a live person to fix my issue. How can I order checks if I can't get the proper help? This is horrible customer service and I am making the assumption now that you don't want my loyal service or my money!!

      We regret to hear that Ms. ******* had a difficult time placing her reorder by phone. We are looking into our phone service prompts to ensure they are working properly. In the meantime, our customer service supervisor ******** ******* attempted to reach Ms. ******* by phone on 7/17/25 but was unable to leave a message. She then emailed Ms. ******* with her personal contact information and is waiting to hear back. It is our desire to fulfill Ms. ********* reorder free of charge. We strive to provide the best customer service and always back our products by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We look forward to an opportunity to serve her again.
