    To whom may concern I ***** ********* went into pls store on the 13th of July to pay my WiFi bill an they took money from my card an cash an the guy thats working there he was new he kept messing up so after so **** ******** step in an she fix the situation now they told me the payment was gone get sent right over an come to find out that wasnt true so I gets home infinity call. Me about my bill actually they turn my service off but when I call talk the lady she was nice! She try to help me talk to the lady at the currency exchange I went back into the currency because internet **** was saying they dont see a payment an they would have seen it by now so I went back to pls an talk to ******** the manager an she call somebody an I here her laughing. On the phone like its a joke had me in the store long time an they wouldnt give my refund they didnt process the payment on the 13th like they said they where gone do I went back in on the 16th July an they act like they didnt no what going on with my payment so ******** call somebody an she Laghing whispering an talking to some one an I heard them saying tell it just now got process so now they didnt to give me my money an they sent money to the phone store for my cell phone bill now my service off I dont have extra money to pay for another internet service so boost service said I cannot get my money back I have to repay again! I felt like I was being Discriminated an treat all the other races nice helped them they was in an out its like they where happy to see there Ppls had Ppls. Come in there looking at me. Like I done something wrong I had my gradaughter in the rain an we got caught in the rain storm. Its just wrong they done us!
