    On May 26, 2025, I visited the ************* location at 55th and Pulaski to send money to ******. I gave them $500, 8 of which went towards the fee for sending the money. The money never got delivered to ******, and instead, they lost my money and sent it to ******, ********. I have called their customer service lines multiple times since May, and every time, I was given no solution. They would ask for my email every single time I called, saying it wasn't on file. They never put it in a file and always gave me the same run-around with no solution, and often just left me on hold and hung up on me. They stole my money and are refusing to give me a refund for the money they mistakenly gave to someone else in a state I didn't even send it to. It is now August, almost October.
