Refund and Exchange Policy

If we, ChicaGo By Boat LLC, cancel for any reason the original charterer will receive a full refund to the original form of payment.

The original charterer may cancel the charter up to 72 hours before the time the charter was scheduled to depart and receive a full refund to the original form of payment.  Cancellations made by the original charterer less than 72 hours but before 48 hours before the charter was scheduled to depart will receive a 75% refund of the original reservation price to the original form of payment. Cancellations made 48 hours but before 24 hours before the charter was scheduled to depart will receive a 50% refund of the original reservation price to the original form of payment. Any reservation canceled or made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time are not eligible for refunds, but the original charterer will maintain the value of the original reservation price towards any future booking.  

In lieu of any refund for a canceled charter, the original charterer always has the option to maintain the value of the original reservation price towards any future booking.

All cancellations made by the original charterer must be done so in writing via email.
