    Its been 4 weeks since I called to submit a claim when a product we redeemed for points arrived damaged and not usable. First phone call the day item arrived I called to submit claim and was advised to package the item back up and wait a couple days for an email with pick up instructions. Couple days goes by with no email so I call only to be told I was misinformed and have to wait 7 days. No follow up email on day 7 so I called and was told to send photos which I did right away but why not be told this during first phone call. So now waiting another 7 days which has now turned in to week 4 with no results. No rep or supervisor can do anything except submit an urgent ticket which again I have to wait 7 more day each time a ticket is submitted. Now I continue to wait and wait and wait. The customer service and procedures they follow make no sense. I should not have to fight this hard to make a return!!!

    It's been 4 weeks since I "redeemed" my total points of over 45k. It's one item, in stock everywhere I check. Two weeks in I get a "We have your order but we don't ship to PO Boxes". Great! I'm thinking the order is shipping, so I call and update my physical address. Two more weeks go by and I'm not receiving tracking. Called CURewads and was told it's being drop shipped by the vendor. Ok, what vendor and will I receive tracking, I ask? You probably will get a tracking by the vendor when it ships. Again, what's the vendor?? We have multiple vendors so it can be a number of them, I'm told. So, what is the delay in shipping? It's "in stock" at every vendor I can pull, no backorders. Are they waiting until this item is discontinued and can get a better price on it? If it's not available for immediate ship why is it shown as a choice??

    I strongly dislike the communication from organization. I've relied on it for an extended period of time. However, I made a purchase of $1500 in gift cards, but I never received them. Despite reaching out to numerous individuals within the organization, no one seems to have any information about it. There's a lot of blame-shifting, and it's frustrating that they're unavailable on weekends. In my opinion, their service is subpar.

    I was earning reward points for use of my credit card. My credit card was hacked twice. It was shut down and new card holder. New cars never showed up even have to order twice so I finally just close the credit card. Now curewards tells me that I cannot redeem the points that I earned because I do not have an active credit card. This is not fair. I joined the program and followed all the rules and now they're ripping me off and not allowing me to redeem the points that I earned. I noticed they have other complaints here and none of the complaints have been resolved. I doubt this one will get resolved either. They have definitely earned their score of "F".
