I received a bill for toll violations from Illinois Tollway. These violations were for a name similar to mine, but not exactly me. They are also for an address that I no longer live at. They were for a car and license plate that I have never owned. Illinois Tollway told me they got my information from this Gonzo ******************* and that I needed to reach out to them in order for them to provide the tollway with the rental agreement proving that I did not rent the car. I have spoken on the phone with ******************** more than ten times. They claim they cannot find the rental agreement that they sent to the tollway. They are claiming that they have no record that matches the violations. The tollway told me that they have record of at least 13 names registered to this car and owing tollway violations. My violation is for ******************, vehicle license plate ******* (********). The address the violations are connected with is ***********************************************************. This is the information the rental car company should have. ******** Tollway suggested I file a complaint here. I told the company that was my next step if they could not help me because my late fees are continuing to increase. Since then, they have not answered any of my calls.
