    I purchased my vehicle - along with additional coverages - at North City Honda in September 2022. The purchasing process was unexceptional, but fine. The issues started after I drove off the lot. I had owned a Honda some years back, so I was accustomed to receiving a maintenance information/log from the dealership - every ***** miles these are the services, etc. After calling their ************ Desk multiple time and then their ************ for a straight answer on where I could access it, I was given the run around - placed on hold, transferred from person to person, no call backs, email responses that were evasive and not clear. Then I requested a detailed coverage sheet for the coverages I had purchased - admittedly I should have not left the dealership the day I purchased the vehicle - to no avail. The waste of time and effort and having to listen to their rudeness (as if I was asking for the stars) of the Dealership staff was unbelievable, it went on for months. I have resolved the issues on my own and thankfully will not need to return to this dealership. This review is a forewarning to prospective buyers. Once you purchase the vehicle and they have your money, they quickly drop the facade of good customer service. If you are going to buy a Honda, purchase it from a Dealership in the suburbs and not in *******, don't give them your business.

    I sold my car here with a dealer named Maartize and while I felt a little pressured into the deal, its a sleazy car dealership what do you expect. I sold my car on a Saturday and I was promised that I would have my check in hand by Tuesday via overnight mail, so I rearranged my whole work schedule to work from home during business hours on Tuesday to be home to receive it as there is a mail theft issue in my building. Well Tuesday at 3:30 rolls around and nothing, come to find out its not in the mail and I have rearranged my week for nothing. After a lengthy phone call with the dealer and his manager, *******, nothing was resolved and they missed the mail pickup for Tuesday, but I was assured that it would be put in the mail on Wednesday and would have it by Thursday for sure. I had work obligations both of these days and could not be home to receive the check but agreed as I just wanted this whole ordeal to be over with. Well no surprise, it was not put in the mail on Wednesday, and the only option I was offered was to have the dealer drop it off at my house on Thursday. This made me very uncomfortable and fear for my safety as a woman who lives alone but I felt that if I did not agree I would never receive payment for the sale of my car. The dealer said he would arrive between 5:30 and 6 pm, he did not arrive until 6:45 pm. Martize was incredibly inconsiderate for my time or wellbeing. ******* just threw his hands up and accepted no responsibility for the situation. This was some of the worst business I have ever seen being conducted. Avoid this place at all costs!

    Met at the door by a sales **** ******************** who sat with us to go over what we were looking for in a car, options, features, affordability. Answered all our questions,went for a test drive and ****** went over and explained every detail. Happy with our purchase and can always reach out to Stitch with any questions. Glad we stopped at North City!

    Hi.i bought a car from this dealer.they put the car price lower then otber dealers and when you go there to buy they come up with 2500$ interior insurance you have to buy.so the price go up.then they find me a loan which looks variable keep changing and they told me it is fixed.now im trying to solve that problem.i traded in my car i was supposed to get 400$ difference but the dealer pocked it and they dont want to give itto me and they dont call me .they are doing tricky loans.they applied chase bank and put my social wrong so it was refused .i learnt it when ***** sent me a letter. I never seen a dealer like this before they are totally cheaters.they gave me the car with one key and i had to wait 2 weeks pushing them to get the second key.they didnt give me the middle seat of my minivan.i suggest to go to other honda dealers and learn everything make sure everything clear to buy a car.
