    We were pressured into signing an early lease for the ******* schools' season. We were told that the rates were "the lowest they would be" and that "availability was low". 8 months later, the rates are several hundred dollars lower, and it appears that the availability is not low. When approaching the Regional Manager, I was given a generic response. This was the case for several families, along with ours. Great sales tactic for a one and done scenario, however - word will travel fast for renewal time. Poor business model.

    My daughter lives in **** at ******, ** going on year 2 which is managed by Core Spaces. The building was new last year and we cut them a lot of slack for all the things that were not ready when we arrived. Sad to say this year is worse. The management is terrible. Phone calls and emails are rarely returned and the phone at the property is rarely answered. Elevators broken for months on end, garage ***** never worked last year and are still up for anyone to park there who doesnt actually live there, parking garage is dangerous and disorganized, and when students were causing issues, breaking things, pulling fire alarms, not cleaning up after their dogs, the management did not appear to enforce any consequences on anyone causing issues and therefore left the door wide open to more bad behavior. It is really sad to see what started as a beautiful building with so much to offer get trashed in such short order. Do yourself a favor and do not rent an apartment managed by Core Spaces. Save yourself the guaranteed headaches you are sure to get living in one (or housing your college student) of their buildings.
