    I signed a contract on 10/25/21 to have the work outlined in the contract and it was to be a two week time frame.Unfortunately due to COVID. mold remediation and other factors this project has taken over a year to complete ***** restarted work to complete mudding, painting and electrical in my home on 10/19/22 Prior to that date the work was to be completed in 08/26/22. Prior to that, work was to be completed in 05/22. 10/19 ***** had an associate of his come in to sand, left without saying anything 10/20 ***** was informed that work needed to be completed because I had windows being installed and the furniture needed to moved for the installation to happen. 10/23 ***** stated he would not be working on that day due to his work schedule but he would be here on Monday to move the furniture so my windows could be installed and would continue work after the windows were installed. I expressed dissatisfaction with that as this was to be a 2 day job to complete per *****. 11/2 I reached out and informed ***** that I needed the work completed by the 10th- No response from ***** On 11/3 ***** stated he would send me in writing a work schedule for the work to be completed.After 11/3 there was no additional communication from ***** and he blocked my phone numbers.11/7 I reached out to you ****** stating that I had not heard from ***** as he was to complete work in my home, you said you would have him reach out to me. No response/communication was ever received from *****. As you can see from the photos attached I was not going to have my home look like that for the holidays and therefore sought out someone else to complete the work. That work cost me an additional $500, $400 for labor and $100 in supplies, which I would like to have reimbursed. In addition I have an outlet in the living room that was previously working that is now not working. I hope for acknowledgement of this email and reimbursement of the additional monies I had to spend to rectify this situation.
