            I had a dress custom made by this company. It wasn't made how I requested. I want a refund or my dress made the correct way. My wedding was canceled because I couldnt find a dress in time. Ive tried to go through them for a refund they denied it. I requested their service in December of 2022, paid for a sketch of my dress, paid for my dress in full in July of 2021, received my dress ***** of 2022. My wedding date was set for May 20, 2022. I feel like my dress was poorly made besides made the wrong way. I had to submit my dress size three different times. There was beading all over my dress something I did not want. The beading I wanted was supposed to look bridal and it dont. I have the dress listed for resale but I would like a refund or my dress made correctly. When I received my dress in ***** my daughter and I pulled it out the box it had beading all over it and beading was falling off strings sticking out. I could of paid $1800 or less for a very well put together dress else where. This incident was very stressful.
