    We had professionally installed (I recommend), electrical and plumbing straightforward. The purchase process was detailed-so that we understood and agreed to all aspects of the tub and it functions and options. Probably most impressed with the after purchase tech support (******?). I called several times with questions and they were always answered completely and ensured that I understood. Thank you

    Great online purchasing experience. The agent was friendly and helpful. When we had a small problem after receiving the tub, the agent quickly resolved the issue. The tub is fantastic and the best bathing experience I have ever had. I am an elderly man, and the tub has helped relieve back and other muscle discomforts. I am super happy with this purchase and just wish I had done it sooner!

    Tub was purchased from ****** Bubbles, the agent was great' all my questions were answered and the tub was delivered in timely manner. The unit was packed very well and the unit was in great conditioned. My husband who has had a stroke with limited movement on his left side was able to enter and exit the unit with ease.
