    I have been using my tub for four days since it was installed. Very impressed with the hydro and air jets. I have the Monaco and it takes about ten minutes to fill. Hooked up the two drains separately to the main line and it drains in one minute. The heated seat helps with the fill time. I had heard of complaints from owners of other tubs taking so long to drain. Ellas has made a great tub! They are way above their competitors in quality and affordability.

    My wife needed a walk-in tub because of difficultly getting out of the large garden soaking tub. Initially we were going to get a Safe Step but started comparing features and prices. We purchased the Ultimate with every option. ****** was $14000 less than the same equipped ***** Step installed. Purchase was easy thru ****** website and had great communications. They suggested a local installer. A beautiful job was completed. Stone was used from previous tub surround to make back shelf and backsplash. I couldn't be happier.

    Since we live in **, we made a trip to the factory and saw the manufacturing process. Top notch tub at a great price for the quality, style and options of the tub. should be able to enjoy for many years. Great customer relations and followup.

    Total experience with ****** Bubbles was excellent. We purchased a walk in tub and found our own installer. When a question came up during installation, the contractor was able to contact ***** at ****** Bubbles and get an answer right away. The contractor commented that ****** Bubbles walk in tub was the best one out of the various brands he's installed. Since I wasn't able to see a tub in person, I was able to face time with ***** and see the tubs and get all of my questions answered prior to purchase. The other company that advertises on line couldn't give me a price quote until we scheduled an appointment in our home. The price was quite a bit more, and getting answers concerning installation and warranty work convinced us that ****** Bubbles was the company to go with. TOTALLY SATISFIED!
