    I have requested my name and private information to be removed from their public website and they have not honored my request. The link they keep sending to my email is expired so it will not process my request.

    I have filed a request to have my information deleted. It has been over 3 business days and I have not had a confirmation response as was stated when I filed the request. I then reached out to their support and was told I would receive a response in 1 day but haven't received a response from that either.

    Hello,When requesting any profile with my name be deleted they sent me this yet have not deleted anything:We are happy to assist you with the removal of your information from being shown on our website.Please click the link below to be brought directly to our opt out page and follow the automated process online: I have filed a identity theft report and submitted a complaint with the cfpb and next I will reach out to the *** and IC3 this company is fraudulently collecting and reporting my name on over 15 different profiles with fake aisles pretending to be me in multiple states and fraudulent address phone numbers relatives and associates I have undercoverd a big fraud cyber scheme dating back as far as 2009 with my name alone I will be issuing this company violations for no compliance nor resolution they should have reported this fraud to the *** and IC3 not to the public.

    As a ********** resident, I filled out their record removal form to have my information deleted from their website. They sent me an email saying that the record removal was processed and it would be fully removed in 3 days or less. Now it has been almost 2 months and my information is still on their website. I fear for my safety because of personal reasons and do not feel safe with my information on their website. At the moment, I am inclined to seek legal representation if this continues.     All of the information on our website is from public record databases. Every person aged 18 and older can have a public record. This information is collected on a county, city, state and federal level. It can also come from reporting information during normal every day activities such as grocery store club cards, magazine subscriptions, voter registration, warranty cards, even fishing licenses and forms you fill out when browsing the internet. There are thousands of ways this information gets reported.

    If you would like your records removed, please submit your request by using our online removal tool, linked below. We will also endeavor to block future public records that belong to the same person, but identifying these future records is not 100% accurate and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I filled out their business form to remove and delete my personal information from their site and their records,  and sent their form to them on the same day I filed this complaint with BBB.  Their response is for me to fill out their form again.  So now, I've submitted the same form twice to have my information deleted.  Citizens should not be placed in harm of scams and other unjust actions because this business exposes the personal information of others to recklessly promote their own agenda by publicizing information that they do not own and did not have authority to promote nor publicize. Now I have to jump through hoops to "authorize" them to remove information that "I never authorized them to expose."  I will only accept their response when their actions match their standard written response to BBB.  They need to remove my personal information from their sites and their records, this includes my relatives, all addresses, phone numbers, ages, historical references, etc. related to my name and my relatives.  In this age of computer hacking, overexposure of  information, business scams, hatred and other types of harmful and/or criminal actions it is reckless behavior for CyberBackgroundchecks.com business to exploit the personal information of any citizen.

    Twice I filled out the company's "opt out form" as they requested.

    Now I am being asked to provide another link as though this company can not locate my personal information that they uploaded in order to profit from my personal information.  See link below.  If link does not work you can still locate my information and delete it.  Your link is lengthy and may not work in this BBB forum when copied so I anticipate *** (Cyberbackgroundcheck.com) can perform  "due diligence" and follow-thru on my rights to have personal information deleted from your records.  I do not understand why I have to take so many steps to get this unauthorized use of my personal information deleted from your Cyberbackgroundchecks.com publicized records.  Cyberbackgroundchecks.com is also linking my information to ************.  This is the company's attempt to continue to publicize and profit from my information by clicking on their site and it redirects traffic from their site to connect to ************.  I want Cyberbackgroundchecks.com  to remove their connection links of my information that they connect to Truth finder.

    See instructions below from Cyber Background Checks that they publicize on the web..  This is on their site and I have followed these instructions multiple times without receiving results that reflect honor and integrity.  The instructions below say nothing about filling out the form multiple times, nor does it indicate the need to provide any links to them; and the instructions below require the consumer to give them more "personal information" just to get the personal information they already publicized removed.  This exposure is harmful!

     

    Instructions on Cyber Background Checks website read verbatim as follows - "How do I remove my name from cyber background check? In short: Go to the Cyber Background Checks opt-out page at ********************************************** and fill in your details. Check your mailbox and click on the confirmation link. Enter your personal information, solve the CAPTCHA, and submit.     Jun 17, 2022".
