    I was supposed to get my car refinanced and protected from breakdown. Never got my car. Refinanced was supposed to pay this money that I documented in pictures which I did and in return I was supposed to get my car refinance which never happened and they continue to try to hit my twice a month for the amount that I was only supposed to pay for 2 months and then it was supposed to be added into my refinance charge or they were supposed to take over the payments. Either way I received no services. It's a big scam. They do not return phone calls. They don't answer the phone. I want my money back. These people need to be shut down. It's a terrible business.

    Date:05/05/2025 Amount paid out:$49.00 Date:05/27/2025 Amount paid out:$154.41 Service that were to be provided were refinancing of my vehicle which unfortunately was not done.When I've called the number that was left for me to call back they hung up in my face several times and when someone did answer they acted as if they knew nothing of the business transaction to my account and also the number that I've called she never calls back (*** *****=************ or ************) she's the senior refinance manager that her direct number.

    I wanted to refinance for a lower interest rate.I was told I would have a new rate at 4.4% and a new payment of $775.58 this all started the end of December 2024 I had to sign up for the warranty in order to get the loan. I informed them I didnt need a warranty because I was still under factory warranty but they said I needed it so they would be protected.Initial payment was $49 Monthly payments would be $139.73 for a month or 2 until the loan goes into effect.I have now been paying 4 months and still no refinancing.They claim that they could not get me approved because of negative equity. My credit score is 800 so that wasnt the issue.I have been asking for a refund of the warranty payments since I didnt need it in the first place and I have been calling many times having to leave messages and they have not responded.

    I was contacted by auto refinance protect to refinance my vehicle at a lower APR and lower monthly payments. I was told over the phone that I had been pre approved and the process would start as soon as i paid the car warranty fee which was $99 initially and $150.38 the next month. But the process would not begin unless I paid this, I was told the warranty fee would be put into the monthly payment for the car cost and would not be as much. I was also told if I had decided I want to stop further payments and back out because I didn't have much money that I could. I called 2/24/25 to cancel the process and get a full refund but was told that they don't give refunds! I am outraged. Because I was told I was pre-approved and everything would go through and the process had started, but after my credit report had came back for the credit department, my credit was 25 points too low for them to be able to start the process. So i have to wait, on top of continuing to pay the $150 a month for a warranty that i don't really need because I still have my dealerships warranty. The only reason I was getting the warranty was if I had the whole refinance contract to go with it. I would like to receive my money back at full refund and stop all future payments.

    The first two are my bank statements showing the withdrawals as warranty dept.

    The following three are from the 

    Auto protection policy contract with phone numbers no one answers.

    If you would like a list of the phone numbers I was given that either go to hold and hang up or just go to hold. I have them. I also have the text correspondence that is more runaround and trying to blame me for times they said they called with each time setting a new call time for 2,3, or even 4 weeks later. Each time not accomplishing anything to do with refinancing my car. In the mean time I am making my car payments and the warranty it came with plus this new warranty from the refinancing company.
