    Re : *******************************

on June 15 or June 16 2022 a 2006 *** X5 arrive at our shop for services, we replace the valve cover gasket and the oil pan gasket. Everything was tightened correctly and the car was inspected after the repairs has been completed .

the customer *******************************, picked up the vehicle on July 1, 2022 and paid $1,500,00 via Zelle for services rendered. Later that day, we receive a call from the client say the car stopped because the ******** days around we unable to send the tow to get the car but we provide OUR TRAILER to the customer to bring the car to the shop (yes our trailer)

Customer's wife call our shop a day or two after the incident and learner from her how the events transpired. She said husband was driving the *** and she was driving behind him in a separate car when she saw oil leaking. She told her husband to stop but he ignored her and keep driving until turned off and completely stopped a the ****** exit....

A few day later, ***************** ***** called to ask if we had found the problem. I told him we had not. We continued to inspect the vehicle over the course of several days and found that the problem was not related to the repairs we had made. The part that was damaged was the oil cooler adapter .

I tried contacting the customer ***************** *****, on two separate occasions but got no response. We have had the vehicle in our possession since the day of the incident, collecting storage fees since we have not received a response from the customer .

I did not receive the letter they allege they send.

    I can reached at ************

    Respectfully

Hello, I dropped off my car for service and they replaced an auto part that I did not give consent for. Subsequently when I picked up my vehicle on 12/9/21 I noticed it was crashed from the driver side rear panel. I called and asked for the supervisor and explained what happen and he stated because they did not want to charge storage fees in there lot they parked it on the street and had were not responsible for damages. I did not give consent for it to be parked in the street either. I tried resolving the issue with the supervisor but he is denying to be held responsible. I paid $1,185 total. I only took it to be repaired as it was leaking brake fluid.

First i don't think this is the customer who is complaining because he mentions brake fluid leak, he doesn't know about the repairs of the car also  i spoke with customer before receiving the mail from **********************

we replace the clutch slave cylinder customer was unable to change gear @ the car (standard transmission) to replace the slave the transmission needs to removed to access the slave cylinder, the total estimate for the repairs was around $750 dollars parts and labor

also once we complete the diagnosis of the car we call the customer (*******) we Provide full explanation about the repairs also customer mention he don't have the total dollar amount for the repairs i mention i can't do repairs or complete repairs and release the car until i have the full payment, customer understood and   start made some payments before we start repairs once the car was done we call customer mention about the completion of the repairs. It took him a few days before he picked up the car i mention i need room to park cars i have to park cars outside sometimes ... he agree because he don't have the money ......

customer has balance for previous repairs @ the car so ******* knows about the balances .... i guess he never mention to bbb

if i charge storage since the day we complete the car i guess the customer will be unable to get the money to pay for the repairs

also we went and start the car with him the day he came for the car  (battery died)  he never mention anything (customer say the car was hit @ the driver side ) based on some pictures from customer but he never mention anything until few hours later

again i try to be fair with my customers but i don't think is the correct way for the customer to complain

    regards
