            Hello,The problem is that I took my car for a checkup for two problems. The owner or the manager told me it will cost me $65 for initial checkup, we have agreed on that to check the two problems. After his diagnostic he said you have a problem with your radiator. Then immediately I asked him about my other problem the noises that comes from underneath the car. He said that you need to fix the radiator first before looking at the other problem . He asked for an amount over $500 to fix the radiator . I told him you need to tell me where the noise underneath the car come from.. He told me that he was busy, and to come next week Tuesday at 10:30 AM. So I came Tuesday but then he said he was short on staff and he has only one mechanic working. I looked inside and there were four mechanics working there, I told him I can see 4 mechanics and he said they are only workers. Obviously he doesn't want to look at my car. I would like to have a refund of my $65 that I paid him.

            Having been a customer of ********************** for almost ************************************************************************************************************** May I took my car for an emissions test and it failed. Inspector told me to drive car a lot and bring it back for a retest in about a week. After driving for several days the 'service engine soon' light came on.On May 24 I drove the car to Sun Auto Werks and told them about warning light and failing the emissions test. They said they would find the problem and fix whatever was need so car could pass the emissions test. I picked up my car on May 30 and they had replaced a faulty gas cap which was why the car failed the emissions test, replaced a questionable battery and taken the car for the emissions test where it passed.I can not recommend Sun Auto Werks to strongly. Not only are they great mechanics but they care that ever customer has a safe car to drive with affordable repairs.
