    Ordered a tire from this business , got an off-road light. The order shows the tire but doesnt mention their part number is actually for a light. Ridiculously difficult process to get a return authorization and shipping label. Sent the item back over a month ago(within their 5 day window), havent heard a thing. They wont respond to email, the phone number doesnt go through. *************************** is customer representative . Return authorization #RMA#RGA0001363569. Jun19th I was told the return was being processed- still waiting.

    I ordered an RV hot water heater, I got a burner assembly.The process to return this item, to get reimbursement was difficult.No return shipping label, exacting rules on the return. I had to send it back at my own expense, and have deducted the insurance rate when it was sent.The tracking number had to be sent via the email they sent me within 5 days, or the return was void, and I would be out $300+. Dirt Everywhere, and their affiliates, do not make it easy for someone that does not have a computer, phone, or means to jump through the many hoops I had to go through from the beginning of this purchase.Falsely advertised the item, return was difficult, and it cost me the shipping, and time it took, all the while wondering if it was all a scam. AS I am writing this review, I noticed that the review must first be approved by a store member.Awful business...

    Dirt Everywhere.com Order Number: ****** Order Date: Tue, 20 Jun 2023 Order Total: $295.24 I completed the above Order to the Online shopping website Dirt Everywhere.com on Tuesday, June 20th, 2023. Immediately after placing my order with Dirt Everywhere.com, I received a "Thank you for your order" email stating that When my order ships, they will email me the tracking information. That statement was completely false because they never sent me another email of any kind, till I sent them a return email on their website on June 25th, 2023 complaining that I hadnt received my order! On 26 June, I received my 2nd email from Dirt Everywhere.com stating: We apologize for the delay and are working to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We have received an updated ETA of shipment of 06/30/2023! Again, June 30th came and went and my order to this day has not been received, I attempted to chat with a **** when he popped up on their Dirt Everywhere.com website and asked me if I needed help with anything, but after I typed in my question **** must have taken an extended brake because **** never replied! I called the contact number on their web site and was immediately listening to a recording that said it was Cycleplicity,com, I listen to the options and selected option 4 to talk with a representative and then the recording changed and said it was ***********, and I sat listening to a recording of trivia questions while the recording kept telling me I was first in line! I waited on hold for almost an hour but no one ever answered my call! All I want is for Dirt Everywhere or Cycleplicity or *********** to refund my money for the fuel tank and the fuel pump I ordered, and then they can continue to s**** people over, and I will go to Amazon like I should have in the first place! Stay very clear of Dirt Everywhere, Cycleplicity or *********** for they are leaches and the Worse Website ever!
