    I got side swiped and went to this business to get repairs done. They told me the repairs would be $7,400 and then they told me it would be $10,700. I had no problem paying for my car to get fixed correctly. My car was in shop for two weeks and I didnt hear from them. I contacted them to ask how long my car would be and found out my car was a a whole different car shop 30 minutes away from where I dropped it off at. They dropped my car off to a tour bus company located at *****************. I asked them why my car was taken there without permission and they said to have the suspension checked. The people at 5919 location told me it wasnt the suspension they are fixing and they were doing body work on my car. I finally was told my car would be ready for pick up monday 01/20/2025. I didnt hear anything back from them on monday and decided to call them. When I called to pick up the car they said they needed another day and I told them no because my rental car was ending. They told me give them until 5pm and I did. At 4:58pm I called them and asked was my car ready and they said to give them until 6pm (the collision place closed at 6pm). At 6pm I called and asked was my car ready and they stopped responding. I told him I was coming to get my car via text message and he said no they would drop the car off to me at 9pm. I didnt feel comfortable with doing that so I told him I would pick up my car. When I got to the location they took over 30 minutes to come out with my car. When my car came out I went to open the door handle and the door handle came off. A older mirror that was not compatible with my car was installed and my cameras on mirror are missing. It also had a scratch on it. I told him about it and he told me he would fix it. I told him I would drop my car off on Friday. 01/24/2025. Today i started my car and it is making nosies. I discovered the noise is coming from my heat/ac. My heat was never making noises before and it is a brand newcarwith a 10year warranty
