I was using the free profile option before they contacted my parents about a student recruitment assessment in November 2024. This assessment said nothing about spending money until the NCSA salesman began addressing their memberships. I told my parents not to spend their money on this service as I didnt see the elite package being worth $1,379, but they were convinced that it would be helpful for college. Immediately after the purchase, I tried to utilize the services that my parents paid for, however i had no access to the seminars that they recommended for my specific sport (golf). Additionally, the sales representative failed to mention how useless this service truly is. They offer multiple tier memberships but they do not provide anything more than an NCSA email and failed promises. My parents generosity was taken advantage of by this company and cancelling the membership isnt even an option considering the cost of it. My parents paid in full and I want at least a partial refund because the service only provides generic spam emails that I and they continue to receive. The salesman blatantly took advantage of my parents money, especially after the fact. NCSA is completely useless and as soon as they get money, there is no representative that keeps in contact with you or your family. I just want my parents to get some of their money back considering the service is useless and never provided me professionally edited videos, sport specific seminars, or colleges that I have a desire to go to. Every NCSA salesperson should be held accountable and this company should be sold or discontinued as I have no respect for anybody involved in the sales of this company. My parents should not have spent their money on this platform and they would not have done so if the salesperson didnt continue to make them false promises that gave them hope that I could be a college athlete.

We were contacted by NCsa about college recruiting for our daughter to play volleyball. They sold us on the services of personal coaches to help put her in touch with colleges as well as editing the videos to get to coaches, act and sat prep help along with college essay help. They have done absolutely nothing to help. They will not return text messages, phone calls, not emails. We have had to contact each coach directly for each school we can find an opportunity for her to play. This is not what sold us on the company and it seems only the salesman actually do anything but once they get your money they are no longer of service.

We signed up with NCSA to provide support for recruiting services. We are paying monthly for a service that costs over $2500, we have not been provided the support we were promised. My daughter attended a college recruiting camp this past weekend and was told by all the coaches in attendance that coaches do not use NCSA for recruiting. So now I'm paying for a service that coaches don't even use. NCSA has only sent promotional emails and reminders to sign up for virtual sessions that are the same thing over and over again. No further details on how she is supposed to reach out to coaches or the "help reaching out" they promised. Further more, I have lost my job and I called NCSA to cancel our membership but was told that cancelling is not an option unless I pay 60% of what we still owe. They reduced my membership for 3 months but then I go back to regular payments. This is a scam and should be held responsible.

In March 2025, I signed up for NCSA services for my HS senior playing football. In April 2025 I requested for services to be cancelled because of job reduction I couldn't afford services. I was still charged. Then May 31 I sent another email requesting to cancel. On June 3rd the response that they couldn't cancel without speaking to the cardholder and that I was going to still be charged so the sooner the later. I responded that they didn't need to speak with me to cancel and that canceling shouldn't be so difficult. I called and was sold on reduction package. I don't want that and then told that unless my child had a career ending injury then I am responsible for paying and that they will charge me an early termination fee which is 50% of the $2,000 payment. This is how they are staying in business. They know there are people they will trap into the agreement and those people cannot get out without paying to get out. Which agreement is like that for a service that wan't utilize? We did not utilize their platform. How is this legal?

On 5/28/25 I contacted the NCSA to cancel our service because we felt we did not need it. What was not mentioned to us was that we could not cancel the contract without paying $1600. They were happy to reduce the fee to $800 to break contract for a service we didnt need and barely used. None of this information was told to us by the *** who contacted our underage son to ****** him into thinking this would be necessary. This misinformation and lack of transparency should be addressed. Buy beware.

**** ID *********************************: Koden ******** Parent contact: ***** ******** My son has had a free account for about 2 years or more now. The only problem until now was the constant calls from the NCSA **** trying to sell us packages for recruitment and ask for money. I always said no because my son's coaches and everyone told us it is a scam and to just keep the free account. Well a gentleman called a few months ago offering a very low price and all these promises... he even got someone else to call and talk about some other things that sounded good. I asked specifically if we could cancel any time and he said yes, sure. I asked was he sure because I always here all of this bad stuff about NCSA trying to get money out of athletes and he was very nice and said we could cancel any time and that they had low monthly plans as well so I wouldn't have to spend all at once and could still cancel and not be out of all of my money. I let him know that I didn't know if I would have a job in a few months so I want to make sure. He assured me that I could cancel at any time, no problem or ********, I have sent an email to cancel and the account has not been canceled. I called today because NCSA took $29 from my account without authorization and the monthly bill was $58 anyway so why are they taking random amounts from my account? They tried taking other money several times for several days before this month but there was not money in the account b/c I am unemployed like I keep telling them. Now this lady Dejanai tells me today I can't cancel and there are all of these fees and other things and they are going to keep trying to take and/or Keep taking money and there is nothing I can do about it. Now I feel like a fool and I should have listened to everyone telling me not to do business with them. All I want is to cancel the plan I was tricked into getting & to go back to my son's original free account that has been verified over a year. Please help!

We signed on with NCSA a couple of years ago now. We were hoping it would help our son with his athletic endeavors. We have since had to relocate out of state due to financial hardship and have requested cancellation only to be told that we cannot cancel without a large fee paid out. This company seems to only be interested in taking money from families. It is unfortunate that they prey on the high hopes and dreams of families with athletic children. Regardless of what your financial situation is and how it might change, they will only let you out if you pay a high fee. Avoid at all costs.

I opened an NCSA account for my two sons. After realizing that I could not afford the Elite package price that I was quoted, I called to cancel. I canceled the next day. This was in March of 2024. In September, I decided to reactivate the accounts because recruiters needed to contact my sons through NCSA. I called and asked to reactivate the account under the cheapest possible plan available. I was assured that I would still be able to upload their video and that all I needed to pay was $10 a month. NCSA is now telling me that I signed up for a pack that costs over $4000 dollars. I did not sign any paperwork and none of this was ever discussed with me. I was never informed of any of this when I had a conversation with the representative who helped me sign up. I am now being charged an exorbitant amount of money for a service that I did not sign up for.
