NCSA has been a huge help in my basketball recruiting journey, giving me the tools and exposure I needed to feel confident and organized. Its brought me so much peace knowing I have support and a clear path forward. My coach, Kaliann, has been especially amazingshe always knows exactly what to say and brings so much wisdom to every conversation. Her guidance has made this process way less stressful and more exciting.

We started working with NCSA between our daughters freshman and sophomore year and chose the unlimited coaching package for rowing. It was hands down one of the best decisions we made in the recruiting process. Many think they can figure out rowing recruiting just by reading books or talking to coaches, but theres so much insider knowledge that isnt easy to find or often shared. **** helped prep our daughter for conversations with D1 coaches, made sure she knew what to ask, and understood what would be asked of her.He kept us on track with timelines, set realistic expectations, and provided invaluable insight as we narrowed things down with some top 20 D1 programs. He helped us understand the different coaching styles, how each offer aligned with the schools value, and where our daughter might fit within a team. He even reached out to coaches on her behalf to get a clearer picture of her standing. The platform is an investment, but the return has been more than worth it. **** also gave us perspective on offers and how to approach potential negotiations, something we wouldnt have known how to navigate on our own. Our daughter is down to making her final choice between several excellent D1 programs. If I had another kid going through this process, Id absolutely use NCSA again. It was helpful for us as parents, but it also gave our daughter a trusted voice outside of just mom and dad. Teenagers dont always want to take advice from us, and having **** in her corner made a big difference.Couldnt recommend NCSA and especially **** more.

I had high hopes for NCSA College Recruiting when I signed up, expecting it to be a game-changer for my childs athletic scholarship prospects. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and a waste of money. After paying for their premium membership, which isnt cheap, we were promised personalized guidance and connections to college coaches. Instead, we got a revolving door of counselors and little to no tangible results.Every month, it seemed like we were assigned a new recruiting coach. Each time, we had to start from scratch, explaining our goals and my childs athletic profile all over again. It felt like no one was truly invested in our journey, and the lack of continuity made it impossible to build any momentum. The counselors offered generic advice we couldve found online for free, like update your profile or reach out to coaches yourself. Isnt that what we paid NCSA to do?The platform itself is just a database, and while its nice to have your profile searchable, theres no guarantee coaches are even looking at it. We followed their steps, uploaded videos, and sent emails, but we didnt see any meaningful connections or opportunities that we couldnt have pursued on our own. The few responses we got from coaches were from schools we had already contacted before joining NCSA, which made the service feel redundant.Worst of all, when we tried to cancel our membership due to the lack of progress, we ran into issues. Their cancellation policy is strict, and we were locked into a contract despite seeing no value. It feels like NCSA is more focused on collecting fees than actually helping student-athletes. Save your money and timereach out to college coaches directly or work with your schools guidance counselor for free. NCSAs promises sound great, but in our experience, they just took our money and delivered nothing but frustration.

We are nearing the end of the recruiting road for our daughter for lacrosse. We have found the website very easy to navigate and connect with many colleges/coaches. The data for the university regarding academics is quite accurate as well so we were able to find great matches with several schools with good academics and lacrosse programs across the country. Our daughter's recruiting coach, ****** *******, has been tremendous. She is very responsive and has given our daughter excellent advice a long the way. ****** has reached out to our top programs and given her feedback about our daughter. She has communicated back to us what the coaches are saying and what our next steps should be. My daughter is close to committment at he r number 1 choice university.

Early in our process, our Coach provided extremely valuable insights for film editing and subject material. Building on the foundations of recruiting we gained counsel on which events to target and how to navigate communications with certain programs. Very direct feedback all along the way.
