On June 29, 2025, I ordered two pieces of wooden wall art ($32.24 each) and a box of 25 greeting cards ($30). Order #*******. Total with shipping was $137.14. I submitted my own photos to be used in the artwork and greeting cards. Invoice shows a date of June 30.The order was delivered on July 11. However, only the two pieces of wall art arrived, though the automated email said the entire order was delivered.Over the next two weeks, I sent three messages to Fine Art America through their online contact form. They don't have an email address or phone number. The form says it could take 72 hours for them to respond. It's been two weeks and there's been no *********** seems unlikely to me that the package with the greeting cards was stolen from my porch, since the other two packages, weighing no more than three pounds total, were left in plain sight. Whatever the company's response might be I don't know because they won't respond. I would like to receive the greeting cards I ordered. I'd only want a refund if they won't do that.

The following was my email to Fine Art America. I have attached the referenced photos. Fine Art America declined to make any partial refund. They told me to destroy the canvas and send them a picture of the destroyed canvas before they made a refund, but I do not trust this company to give me a full refund, so I am asking for a partial refund to have the mounting done *********** Fine Art America:I am very disappointed with the canvas I received. The art itself is not damaged; however, the quality of the mounting is very disappointing. Even the shipping box, as you can see in the pictures, was cheaply thrown together. We have purchased several canvases from other companies for our family wall. The last picture I am sending you is the back of one of our family canvases. You can see how the corners are reinforced, and wood strips are placed over the top of the canvas, which finishes it off nicely. I am sending you a photo of the back of the Evening Kisses canvas I received from you, showing the shoddy mounting. There is no reinforcement to the corners, no wood to cover canvas edges, and even the staples are a ****** paid $757.05 for your canvas. The photo is beautiful, but your horrible mounting greatly minimizes the value of the art piece. There is no excuse for such shoddy mounting. I believe a partial refund equivalent to what it will cost to have the mounting done properly is in order. That refund should be $200.**** ****

I purchased an expensive item and it is blurry and low quality. When I reached out the person told me to destroy the item and attach photos which is absurd because it is not only wasteful and fills our landfills but to ask customers to do this is absurd. I am highly against wasting and destroying something that I could donate or give away. Not a good practice to operate a business this way.

The website has an option displayed for mailing in your artwork to be framed by them. You can go through the entire process and complete checkout without any indication that this service is not available. A day later, I received an email saying the service isn't available and the purchase amount is being refunded. The website does not display anywhere that their "mail and frame service is not available." Contacting the company just now did not resolve the issue. Additionally, I was contacting someone from their tech support group for the past MONTH over multiple emails where I clearly explained this is what I was trying to do and not once did they mention this wasn't available. This is false advertising and I'm demanding that they either remove this option from their website or post a clear message stating this service is no longer available.

I ordered on-line a "*** **** Big Ten Wins Record" poster From Fine Art America on ****************, on February 17, 2025, for a total of $23.17. The invoice number is: *******. I have sent this company three email inquiries asking for an update about the order. I received no response. So, I went on the web site to get its company phone number. The number, ************, is now out of service. I beginning to think they have suddenly gone out of business. My question: Are they still in business? Do you have an alternate phone number for this company? Or, can you provide any information to help me communicate with them? All the best, ******* ******.

On 23rd September I paid Fine Art America $359.00(usd) for an art print (framed) to be made and shipped to me.When it arrived it was clear that this was not an art print but a low quality reproduction. I asked for a refund and they reluctantly engaged after persisting for weeks.Their own person stated within an email that if items were defective that shipping would be included in the refund.Despite this they have persisted that I only get a refund on the product minus shipping. They want me to destroy the product and send them a picture and I will get a refund minus their initial shipping fee. Why should I cover them shipping me a defective art print. I would like a FULL refund.
