    I hired him as an architect and expediter to two architectural plans for two projects. For five month he did nothing. He never delivered the product he is lying every day with a different story. He is picking up a phone and everyday has a new story. For example, it is in review, city requested something else, today everything will be fine because we will do self certified and so on. He is taking mining and not doing anything. Please be aware.

    I signed contract with Mr. ******************** for blue prints and permits to get some work done at my house. I paid half of total amount due ($900) when contract was signed (09/22/2022). He assured me it would take 2 weeks to have blue prints done and 2 more weeks to have permits after that. The time frame passed he became unresponsive for weeks then finally was able to make contact (he said he was on out of office)he told me he understood he had breached our contract and would send me a refund check on November 28 but did not. He gave me a business card and contract with incorrect address I went to that location and new business there told me they had been renting that space for a couple of years now. I am still unable to reach him and don't know where to locate him. He is avoiding my calls and messages.
