      The dryer part was shipped fast, the part was not needed and immediately was returned WITH the authorized return number. A month later, after my costumer alert, a refund was made MINUS 20%. The refund folks have used every misreading possible in their refund policy to deny a complete refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY LIVE ON BS REASONS TO DENY THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY

      Thank you very much for letting us know about your experience.We had received your return request stating that you would like to return your order. We then responded back to your email and had approved your return request with an *** and return address to return back the item to us for a refund. Per our returns policy, your request is considered buyer's remorse. Buyers remorse refers to a return where there was no wrongdoing on behalf of the seller. The policy also clearly states that all remorse returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and buyers are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returns that are considered remorse.       I ordered a part for my range needing it before thanksgiving to get a message the Friday before from ***** which was scheduled delivery date, that the item was undeliverable due to damaged! Grant it ***** may be partially to blame but in order for me to get reimbursed my money the shipper has to submit a claim with *****! I spoke with their customer service by phone and email and was told a claim would be submitted that same day! I called ***** on following Monday to find out no claim was submitted! I like doing business with honest people that dont take advantage of its customers! As my parents always told me, money doesnt grow on trees and I dont have it to give away!

      Ordered a part for my refrigerator door for my refrigerator. The "part" was shipped as stated. The "part" arrived and it was some kind of electronic part which did not match the part description or image on their website. According to the website itself, "You may return your purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 30 days of receipt of the products purchased.". As an obvious error, I contacted the company multiple times via phone, email, and online form to arrange a return. I have not received a response whatsoever. Save yourself the hassle unless you are willing to risk the almost certain problem and/or be ignored when a problem does arise.

      Ordered a part from Unlimited Appliance Parts and, for various reasons, requested a return/refund for the item on two separate occasions; both requests within 10 days of receiving the part. Never received a response from either request. POOR customer service.

      Ordered a replacement refrigerator handle. The handle arrived and was the correct part but was pitted, scratched and used. Obviously a salvaged part. Return was easy but I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Had the part been described as used I wouldnt have ordered it, had the part been new I wouldnt have had to return it. Pretty disgusted they would charge a restocking fee for poor quality part. Buyer beware.

      ******* Refrigerator part replacement:The fridge part I ordered appeared accurate in form, function, and materials. Unltd App Parts had the lowest price by far, and my order was shipped, for free, on the very next business day (ordered friday night, shipped on Monday). It arrived exactly on time, 4 days later, and I live in a rural town. The part was a perfect fit and looks like a genuine OEM part. However, the confirmation email only gave a tracking number without listing who the carrier was, and their website account creation feature was buggy and almost impossible to use. But all-in-all, the job was fulfilled and the logistics were clearly defined.

      Stole my money. Sent me a metal insult junk instead of the expensive Plantronics headphones I ordered. Demanded I pay for repackaging and shipping to send their $3-at-most metal junk back so they can process 7-10 days whether their metal junk insult is in good condition enough to refund me what I paid for, all while refusing to send me what I paid for, Plantronics headphones. Terrible.

      Passing off knock off parts as original parts. The **************** microwave part I was trying to replace ones of high-quality mild aluminum, whereas their part was of cheap plastic Were charging over $100 for this microwave handle. When I confronted them about this they would only refund 80% of my cost, saying this was by remorse avoid.

      This company does not have good customer service or policies. I received the incorrect part for my oven and when I returned it (I had to pay shipping) they also charged me a 20% restocking fee for 'buyers remorse'. I definitely will not do business with them again.

      Couldn't be happier. Ordered a part for my KitchenAid stove. I expected it to take 4-5 business days, and to my surprise it was sitting on my front door the next *************. Part was a perfect fit and looked great. Also they did have the cheapest price that I could find after looking online for several hours. 5 stars!! Thanks!!
