Case #******** I had a leak issue, so I contacted primo. Primo representative emailed me two informative videos on how to troubleshoot. Once I tried, my issue was still not resolved. I followed the next steps, which were to send a front and back photo of the dispenser with my order info. I did all of that, the only thing is that I was able to get to the page with all of my information and I told the representative it's sending me to a page that says warning my personal information may be stolen, so it wouldn't allow me to go to the page with my purchase date. I took a photo of that as well and provided the representative with it. I spoke to another representative the next day and explained my situation again. The new representative assured me she could track my information and my issue would be resolved. I never heard back from the second rep, and I had to call back which I was given to the first rep again.. he said the supervisor was supposed to call.. the supervisor didn't, and still to this day hasn't bothered to contact me. Primo has be everything but knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. I've had the worst experience, and I will be sure to let those I care about know this, because for such a large company you have done nothing to help me as a first time customer, and again.. there has been a lack of communication on your company's end. I was left with empty promises and a defected water dispenser.
