We put our most Utter Trust into this Animal hospital. We trusted to get My babys Ashes back along with his paw print as we had paid for. Today we get his ashes back and I receive no Paw print. I call the animal hospital hoping they just missed to put it in my box but they pass me to the Young girl that CAME IN THE ROOM THAT DAY to ask if we wanted a paw print and she LAUGHS and says oh sorry Ill give you your $45 back. Thats what the cost of the paw print was. Proceeds to giggle and say I meannnnnn theres nothing I can do now. But you got your $45 back sooo unprofessional. Sooo disrespectful. Sooo insensitive!!! TO LAUGH!! I asked to speak to the doctor she tells me to hold on. She speaks to the staff and in the background I hear the Young **** say I mean it was a small dog right? Maybe we can get a small dogs paw print and the doctor immediately puts me on mute or hold. When she comes back she lets me know her staff forgot to put it in the system and theres nothing else she can do but give me my $45 since the other $200 was for the ashes services. This entire experience has been sooo horrible for me and my family all we wanted was my babys paw print. My heart has shattered into sooo many pieces all over again. I was holding on to the idea that I would atleast have his little paw print to hold and to look at and they dont seem to understand that 14 Years with my dog and all I asked for was his little paw print I trusted them. My family trusted them.
