*****, owner of Amazon Roofing & Masonry did roofing work and repairs to ***************** that were to be completed according to the home insurance claim specifications. Unfortunately, a large amount of the work in the interior was never completed such as, replacing damaged drywall, replace damaged insulation, scoping the walls to make sure there is no mold. These are ***** items to not address. ***** refused to bring more that one person to work in addition to not providing necessary supplies on time. Just about all of the furniture was splattered with paint, TV console was broken as well as vertical blinds. Curtain rods were not reinstalled. The list goes on and on. ***** was notified that his services were no longer wanted due to non completion of work. ***** also instructed the carpet cleaner to go around the furniture and not worry about moving it. Now he also want to **** the ins. for additional work on roof that we were never notified existed.This seems to be a pattern of behavior. We just want him gone. All we have now is stress.

Mr. ***** ********* is very committed and met his end of the bargain very well. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explained all the process to us. He tore off the old shingles, updated the ice and water shield to meet city codes, installed a beautiful metal roof with matching new gutters and down spouts. All of the problems we had with all our old roof were corrected. His employees were very respectful on the property and cleaned up well after themselves. They completed the work within the expected time frame.
