    I think they broke my outside faucet and it's been leaking water in my basement it been like that for at least 1 month maybe 2 but I can't get them to come out and look they never showed up to fix the problem.

    Roto Rooter came to find a clog in our sewer pipe which our regular plumber could not due to not have a camera to find the blockage and suggested we get someone with a camera to ascertain where said blockage was. Roto Rooter came to our house promptly and assessed the problem and found the blockage. They were able to fix the problem with a PVC pipe running from the sewer connection to the point of blockage. BUT before that,they said that to fix the cracks in our current pipe leading to the house would be over $29,000 and that they would have to tear off our deck in order to lay new pipe. We are assuming that they have pictures of the damage that they say needs repairing. After paying over $7,500 to have the one pipe laid, we were hesitant about proceeding any further until seeing the actual pictures of the damage. To this date we have not seen any evidence of their assessment and I have contacted them for same. No response. The men who came out the first day were very courteous and did get the root clog out. The next person who did the work or maybe the first men's manager assessed the situation and gave us the $29,000 figure to fix what we never saw.

We do apologize for the lack of communication in this instance and have identified where the deficiency came from and have subsequently addressed and resolved that situation. Our local operations manager who began his tenure there the week of this incident did attempt to reach out and put the situation in context for you as well as provide the requested video and picture evidence of the compromise in your line that you were requesting. Unfortunately, that conversation was disconnected prematurely and further attempts to reach you have been futile. We would have appreciated the opportunity to rectify the situation for you as well as would have sought to incentivize you further to utilize Roto Rooter to help rectify your situation due to the misstep in communication on our behalf.
