      My vehicle was towed as CJs somehow has a contract with the city for such. His prices for tow and storage change daily, seemingly with his mood. I explained I was at the hospital in ICU with a family member and he called me 17 times. Foul language, threats when I expressed my frustration with his ever changing prices and threats to increase prices. Twice I arranged the vehicle be returned, he ignored the first request and then attempted to double the fee and the next time he was out of town on our scheduled date. My vehicle was damaged on the outside and items inside totaling nearly 200 were both missing and damaged. While attempting to warn others I discovered these traits are ALL this merchants MO. This shady vulgar bully thief is preying on his, ahem, customers and should not only be shut down but diligently investigated for theft and fraud!!!!!

      This complaint is not true.  She is trying to get me in trouble over something that is not true.  I have the police confirmation and the police has the paperwork on this.  There was nothing in there about a $200 knife.  At the police station they said she took it out at the scene.  She started out with a $200 tow bill and a daily fee for it sitting there.  She gave me hours of when she would pick up the car but we were closed during those hours.  I tried to text her or call her and she wouldn't respond.  The police department tried to contact her and could not.  I told her if she brings $900 she can come and get her vehicle.  I'm knocking off $1600 for her.  She sent a gentleman with $200 and he had went to the police department and gave them $75 so he had only $125.  She started texting me a lot of mean texts.  She came back a few days later and said she was going to report it to the Better Business Bureau.  The first day it was in here it would have cost her $275.  She bought the vehicle from someone in another state and the title was not in her name.  She made the comment that she was going to try to ruin my business.  I told her to tell the whole story.
