      On march 20th I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.oh at mycharlstondenist and he was extremely ruff I had to get the dental assistant’s attention so I could tell her I was in pain because apparently he didn’t hear me moaning in pain it literally felt like he was breaking my jaw and on top of that I asked them to run it through my health insurance because I called my health insurance to see if they covered it then they only ran it through my dental insurance and after a month i still didn’t get my money back for the down payment and here we are 3 months later almost 4 and I’m still waiting on a check they said they sent it was supposed to be here long ago but they refused to put it through my health insurance like they said they would my check was supposed to be mailed Friday the 2nd of jun and it’s Monday the 5th and I have still yet to get my money I paid for the worst dentist work I’ve ever had in my life

      ***** presented in our office on 03/01/2023 for consultation on extractions of wisdom teeth due to pain. Appointment was scheduled for removal of wisdom teeth on 03/20/2023, procedure of all 4 wisdom teeth was completed while patient was on nitrous and the procedure went well. Patient returned to office on 03/22/2023 with pain on the lower areas with concerns with the openings, doctor did an exam and everything looked normal after extractions.  Patient was reassured and advised that it takes time after extractions for healing. It was noted that patient felt better after hearing that everything looked normal. 

      Emily's dental insurance had coverage for extractions of wisdom teeth and was billed on 03/20/2023.  We received the payment from Delta Dental of Arkansas on 04/07/2023. Medical was billed on 05/15/2023 after a phone call from ***** requesting it be billed to medical provider. Medical insurance billing by the office is not something that is normally done if the dental insurance has coverage, but as a courtesy we did assist with the billing and we received that payment on 05/25/2023 and immediately requested a refund through our corporate office, which takes 4-6 weeks for processing.  It was requested to put a rush on this process due to ***** being upset. Check was process and mailed to patients home address on 05/31/2023.
