Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds:

If a guaranteed repair fails to fix the equipment, the entire cost of the repair is refunded to the customer (does not include troubleshooting costs).

Commercial and Residential Equipment is non-refundable after a paid order is made.  Repair and/or exchange of new equipment will be made in accordance with individual manufacturer's warranty policies in affect at the time of purchase.

LifeSpan Fitness Equipment 30 Money Back Policy:  For Lifespan Fitness Equipment only, customers get 29 days to use the equipment in their home. If after that time, and by the 30th day, the customer notifies Synrgys Solutions that they are unhappy with the equipment and want their money back, then Synrgys Solutions will pick up the equipment and issue a full refund of the cost of the equipment (not including the cost of any additional services, such as upgraded freight, inside delivery, installation, assembly, set up, haul out and recycle of old equipment, and/or trash removal).

Repair Parts:

Residential Repair Parts: Generally have a 30 day warranty.  Refunds may be requested for unopened, unused parts, in the original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned parts will be subject to as much as a 30% restocking fee, subject to change at any time based on manufacturer's return procedures. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Electronic parts, such as control boards, will be subject to a minimum bench test fee of $100 if the original packaging is opened or damaged. In every and all cases, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before parts are returned.   Any items that are shipped with out a RAN are subject to refusal or  disposal at Synrgys Solutions' sole discretion.  Exchanges of defective repair parts will be made in accordance with the manufacturer's policies.
