    On July 31, 2024 I signed up for a new home builder lead generation and coaching program. On August 1, 2024 I attended a coaching **** at hoodle .chat During the coaching session ***** computer kept freezing and disrupted the flow of the **** which was a waste of everyone's time all (6) attendees. After the **** I went update my Subdivision profile. While updating my profile I encountered several error messages. I later found out that my profile was not showig up in the search. Making it impossible for leads to contact me. I called *** on August 1,2024 at 10:39a to tell him about the problems. He did not answer or return my call. On August 2, 2024 I called *** at 1:16p and spoke with him for about twenty minutues about my concerns. He claimed that his web developer was in another country and he would need to contact them about the problem. In our call I requested a coaching session on how to contact builders. He suggusted we go over this on the weekend and he would followup with me as the time and day after talking with his wife. To date I have not received any follow up from ***. I have sent emails, left a message on the ******** private page, sent text messages and nothing. I can not work with a company who conducts business like this. I have exhausted all types of communications and found this to be the only resolution in canceling the service and receiving my refund. This was my last result in getting the attention for this matter.
