In most cases they offer a Free Reservice to try and fix any spotting issues that may not have gone away with the first visit, if that doesn't work they will offer a visit from our General Manager or Owner to see if they can correct things, and if that still doesn't work they do offer your money back (in full or partial depending on the issues). They always strive to make all of their customers happy but they do know that sometimes there are issues and they try to go above and beyond to fix any and all issues.
