Took my vehicle in for a lifter tap, now it is not tapping anymore. Have already paid money towards it and still have a vehicle that will not run. I just want to get in contact with someone that can make it right.

Responding to customer complaint. on 8/6/2022 Mr. ****** towed his 2001 GMC Jimmy and requested we replaced the lifter set. We did that and had to do valve cover gasket, intake manifold gasket, intake bolt set, oil change and added coolant and oil additive. Vehicle would not run at that time due to it needing a fuel pump, customer declined repairs on that repair. He then had to have it towed out to do the fuel pump replacement himself or by another mechanic. After that he still could not get it running and brought it back for us to get it running, we installed a distributor cap, rotor and re-timed it at no charge to him. When he picked it up, he was able to drive vehicle off. (We have a video of him driving it off.)
