I have taken my child to see Dr. ********* for over 8 years and over the past 3 years the office has gotten increasingly worse. Mostly due to the office staff, I thought I had found a really good doctor for my kids: 2 years ago the doctor prescribed anti-depressants for my daughter when she had a severe reaction to the increase in meds I had to take her to the ER, when I tried to reach her doctor I was prevented from talking to her by her office staff,told that she was too busy and when I requested a call back I was told that I should take my child to the ER to handle it. After several hangups and calling back she finally took my message and the MD called me back. Fast forward to this past January and my adult daughter took her sister to her scheduled appt, while in the middle of being triaged by the Nurse, the OM stormed in to tell the NP to stop what she was doing and that my daughter needed to reschedule to be seen another time as they needed the payment rectified before proceeded and was promptly escorted out of the building. I coudn't believe this happened so I called the office only to be to that we needed to reschedule and she hung up on me after I requested to speak to the MD. I called back and Natalie the OM refused to give my message to the Doctor for a call back after explaining that I had the right to speak with my daughters MD she said that " That isn't how they run the business" I changed doctors and given past encounters anticipate trouble in getting her records turned over to the new MD. Definetly would NOT recommend this office for your child's care
